Barsatein 17th August 2023 Written Update

Today's Barsatein 17th August 2023 episode starts with Angad asking Kemaya to help him in covering the car while Keamya continues to tell him that they should have on that lady.

However, Angad mentions that stressing over someone is so middle class and she needs to get over it anyhow as it’s their engagement night and he doesn’t want to ruin it.

At the engagement party, Malini notices that Kemaya looks upset and shares this piece of information with Virendra (Malini’s husband) but Virendra says that she’s getting engaged tonight that’s why she seems nervous.

On the other hand, Reyansh tries to call Revati but his calls remain unanswered and that’s when he sends a Voice note to Revati stating that if she thinks that she can escape this matter then she’s highly mistaken.

Reyansh also mentions that if she doesn’t want him to create a scene in her locality then she has to pick the call.

Just then, Reyansh receives Revati’s calls and she tells him to not even enter her locality as her society's people are very conservative.

Reyansh tells her softly to escape her locality for some time and warns her to not bring Krishnan with her or he will kill him.

In the meantime, Malini cannot fight her urge and goes to Kemaya to ask the reason behind her sadness when Kemaya instantly starts to reminisce about the accident.

However, Kemaya prefers to make an excuse that she is worried about her looks.

Meanwhile, Angad commands Kemaya to smile since everyone is noticing them while Kemaya expresses how worried she is about that lady.

Elsewhere, Aradhana stands and stares the Khanna’s lavish residence while Malini on the other side of the house, wishes to god for everything to be smooth today as it’s a big day for her daughter.

However, she enters the lavish house and seems fascinated with the decoration done for an event while she asks the servant where to keep the boxes.

In the event, everyone is having fun and the family members are attempting to raise a toast for Angad and Kemaya when Malini’s daughters start pushing Malini to give a toast.

On the other hand, Reyansh is driving rashly on the road when Revati stops him for driving too fast, Reyansh asks Revati what made her think that she could get away with such a big lie and Revati shares her concerns about her reputation.

Moreover, Revati gives Mayank a lot of grief, telling him that Reyansh is an even more terrible boyfriend than Mayank because he didn't have even an ounce of faith in Aradhana. 

However, she informs Reyansh that she cannot confront Mayank and his spouse because Aradhana has made numerous compromises for Revati. 

Elsewhere, Malini reluctantly gives a toast and says that it is inherent in a mother's genetic makeup to stand as a tigress and safeguard her children from difficulties.

Meanwhile, Aradhana, standing there, listens to all of it and tells herself that there’s this mother who is ready to do anything for her children and calls Malini's daughters fortunate.

Aradhana wonders how she will find Mimmy among all these unfamiliar faces when just then, Malini's daughter approaches Aradhana and questions her.

Malini's daughter questions Aradhana about the reason for coming to Dehradun when Aradhana tells her that she came to find a lady whose nickname she only knows, Malini's daughter expresses curiosity.

Just as Aradhana is about to reveal the nickname to Malini's daughter, someone yells out that very same nickname from behind, causing Aradhana to be taken aback.

Aradhana spots Malini in place of Mimmy and realises that Malini is her biological mother which breaks her heart even more and she starts reminiscing Bhakti’s words.
