Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 10th October 2023 episode starts with Malishka and Sonal hiding from Rishi while he walks around a little and goes to the other side.

Malishka walks to Sonali who informs her that Rishi is about to catch her.

Malishka's master plan

However, Malishka smirks saying that God is on her side in all of her wrongdoings except for getting married to Rishi.

Malishka and Sonal leave while Rishi returns with cones and sees the posters flying around.

He goes to check one but drops one cone getting annoyed.

He leaves the posters and goes home to give the cone to Lakshmi.

She tells him to eat while he tells her that he doesn't want it and gives it to her while going to change his outfit.

She eats the cone and offers it to Rishi when he returns to the hall.

However, Rishi wipes the ice cream from her mouth and licks it while looking into her eyes.

Back at the Oberoi house, Malishka and Sonal finally lay in happily as Malishka states that she can do everything for Rishi.

At the small house, Lakshmi prays to God that nothing bad happens to Rishi's family and he somehow agrees to go back to Neelam.

Rishi comes there just then stating that he has to go early for a meeting while she tells him to pray first.

He prays for Lakshmi's happiness and for them to get married soon.

Meanwhile, in the Chawl, Kapil and others see the posters with Lakshmi and Rishi's image with the text stating that they are husband and wife without getting married.

His mother comes there and they both start shouting about it to the family as they march toward Lakshmi's home.

Lakshmi and Rishi get shamed

Sonal and Malishka are also on their way to the Chawl to witness the drama as Malishka excitedly states that Lakshmi might even get slapped today.

Sonal agrees saying that Lakshmi deserves what is happening to her and says that she is glad Rishi left the house so that she can humiliate Lakshmi.

They start driving speedily while at the Chawl, Kapil knocks on Lakshmi and Rishi's doors ordering them to get out.

Rishi tells him to speak civilly while Kapil tries to drag him out of there.

Lakshmi calms them while telling Rishi that they should go outside and listen to what they are saying.

The couple comes outside and the people start rebuking them saying that they are living together when they are not married.

Malishka and Sonal watch the drama from the corner with a smirk while Kapil shows Lakshmi and Rishi the posters leaving them shocked.

Kapil's mother demands to confront Kashi for giving the house to the unmarried couple while the ladies start character-assassinating Lakshmi.

Rishi shuts the ladies while Kapil rebukes saying that he won't let Lakshmi's shadow pass the ladies of his family leading to Rishi and Kapil fighting.

Lakshmi tries to stop them from fighting while Rano comes there and shouts for them to stop this nonsense since Lakshmi and Rishi have been married.

The people ask what she means while Rano states that Lakshmi and Rishi were married but got a divorce.

Malishka's plan backfires

The ladies start bashing Lakhsmi for living with Rishi after getting a divorce while Rano reasons that it is because they love each other.

People ask them why were they divorced and Lakshmi cries due to the shame.

Rishi starts hitting Kapil seeing tears in Lakshmi's eyes as he questions their thinking.

The Chawl people gather and beat up Rishi while one lady tries to stop them.

As Kapil is about to hit Rishi with a rod, Lakshmi stops it and looks at him angrily as she pushes him to the side and backs off all the guys.

She asks them who they are to question their character and ask if they know why they are in the Chawl because of some helplessness.

She points out how all the men in the Chawl are drunkards lying around in the gutter and says that it is their family matter whatever they do.

Lakshmi warns them saying that she will not leave them if anyone points a finger at them while Kapil's mother tells her to let Rishi go as the society will never accept them.

Lakshmi tells Rishi to go home since she cannot see him being humiliated and he tells her that he'll not leave her.

Shalu, Bani, and Aayush also come there and help Rishi try to convince Lakshmi to get married.
