Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 15th March 2023 episode starts with with the nurse in panic as Lakshmi has still not woken up, increasing the chances of her going into a coma.

On the other hand, Rishi sincerely prays to Matarani by closing his eyes and meditating on the holy name.

The priest notices this and understands that the young man is fervently praying for someone whom he loves dearly.

However, Rishi tumbles from his balance but the priest quickly holds his hand, reassuring him that his austerity has proven to be successful by the mercy of Matarani.

Rishi prays that whatever the priest has said comes true and heads towards the hospital to check on Lakshmi.

He goes inside the room where Lakshmi is admitted, only to find her lying on the bed, still unconscious.

Upon asking the nurse why Lakshmi hasn’t woken up, the nurse does not answer him and quietly leaves the room.

Rishi fears the possibility of Lakshmi never regaining consciousness ever again and applies the holy ash from the temple on her forehead for Lakshmi to get Matarani’s blessings.

He remembers the time when he made Lakshmi sad by declining to go to a concert with her, having already planned to dine with Malishka.

Seeing this, Virendra told him that he would soon understand that he actually loves Lakshmi and only her, while the relationship with Malishka is just an infatuation.

Coming out of his thoughts, he doubts his feelings, thinking if he actually loves Lakshmi since the time she entered his life.

Rishi rises from his seat and gently pecks Lakshmi’s forehead, praying for her to wake up soon.

Just then, the nurse comes back to the room and monitors Lakshmi’s vitals, instantly announcing that Lakshmi is coming back to consciousness.

She runs out of the room to get the doctor.

Rishi is overjoyed by the news as he notices Lakshmi’s hands showing movement.

Gradually, she opens her eyes, staring back at Rishi’s eyes which showed relief and warmth.

On the other hand, Balwinder looks at his wallet, frustrated to find nothing but a few pence.

He swears at Lakshmi as he has been penniless from the time he has been after her.

Meanwhile, Rishi feels that Lakshmi is trying to say something to him but is requested by the doctor to wait outside while they treat the patient.

Rishi is thankful and relieved that Lakshmi has come to consciousness.

He sits on the chair, slowly going to sleep.

He dreams of his doppelganger taking him out and displaying to him all the memories spent with Malishka and Lakshmi.

He then confides to Rishi that he resides in his heart and tells him to accept that it is Lakshmi whom he loves.

Rishi denies the statement and tells him that he loves Malishka.

The doppelganger questions him if it is so, why hasn’t he married Malishka?

Rishi instantly replies that he would after he married off Lakshmi to an eligible bachelor.

The doppelganger smirks and states to Rishi that his trials of keeping Lakshmi’s happiness before his itself prove that He loves Lakshmi.

Rishi is dumbstruck hearing this conclusion.

He wakes up from his dream, startled, still remembering his dream.

He decides to stop wasting any more time and go confess Lakshmi about his feelings.

As soon as the doctor comes out, Rishi asks if he can go meet Lakshmi, to which the doctor agrees.
