Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 16th September 2023 episode starts with Vikrant telling Lakshmi that no one can find them there and Rishi will follow Saloni like a fool.

Lakshmi asks Vikrant to let her go to which Vikrant says that he does not want to force himself over Lakshmi but she leaves no other option for him.

Vikrant tells Lakshmi that everything is going according to his plan and the next day they will move to another city after which a happy married life is waiting for them.

Lakshmi says that she never wants to be with a beast like Vikrant which makes him laugh and he tells Lakshmi to give up the hope that Rishi will come and save her.

Malishka hides at a place and spots Rishi going around the place which leaves her anxious as she needs to escape that place but cannot fool so many eyes at once.

Lakshmi says that God cannot do such an unfair thing to her as she does not deserve such a life at all.

As Vikrant gets busy with a phone call, Lakshmi spots Rishi outside the room through a tiny hole and uses her heart's telepathy to tell Rishi that she is close to him.

Rishi stops in his tracks and feels like Lakshmi is calling him after which he looks around the room with confused eyes.

Lakshmi finds a way to send a signal to Rishi and throws her bangle out of the ceiling ventilator which reaches Rishi and he picks that up with a shocked face.

Seeing Rishi recognizing the bangle and understanding the signal, Lakshmi smiles heartily and is sure that Rishi will find her soon.

Vikrant turns to Lakshmi and tells her that he is a great man and can treat her much better than Rishi which makes Lakshmi laugh hysterically and she says that Vikrant is not even equivalent to Rishi's feet's dirt.

Vikrant looks offended while Lakshmi says that Rishi will come like a storm and destroy Vikrant's evil intentions after which Lakshmi starts counting to three and assures Vikrant that Rishi will show up at 3.

While Lakshmi counts confidently, Vikrant walks to the door but gets thrown back to the floor by Rishi who enters the room and glares at Vikrant.

Rishi breaks a glass bottle on Vikrant's head and punches him mercilessly after which Vikant falls senseless on the ground panting and Rishi comes to Lakshmi.

Lakshmi hugs Rishi at once and tells him how she thought that she would not be able to make it out but Rishi says that he is always there for her and will protect her.

Bani and Shalu come there followed by the whole family after which Dadi and Virendra take their revenge on Vikrant by placing a few slaps on his face.

Ayush takes Vikrant in his grasp after which they come out while Malishka meets Kiran outside but gets seen by the family members.

Kiran asks Malishka to do as she says and asks her to hug Rishi at once with a concerned face which makes Vikrant laugh at the situation.

Vikrant says that Malishka knew that he had kidnapped Lakshmi and came there to see the wedding herself which shocks Malishka and she says that he is lying.

Ayush realizes that he was holding onto Malishka earlier after which Vikrant gets taken away by the police.

Kiran asks Dadi if they believe in Vikrant's words to which Dadi says that they will discuss things at home and everyone leaves.

Malishka tells herself that everything is over and Vikrant screwed her at the last moment.
