Lakshmi saves both Rishi and Malishka from a fire accident at the hotel by risking her own life.

Meanwhile, Rishi realizes at that very moment that it is Lakshmi whom he has loved all along and he doesn't love Malishka.

His denial of feelings comes to the surface as he looks at Lakshmi with teary eyes begging her to come awake since the doctor tells Rishi that Lakshmi can lose memory too.

On the other hand, Balwinder goes to the Bajwa house to Rano, enquiring about Lakshmi when he gets to know about her accident, and vows that he will marry her one day for sure.

The question now lies in how Rishi will convince Neelam that it has been Lakshmi whom he has loved since day one and not Malishka.
