Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 18th November 2023 episode starts with Malishka asking about Lakshmi’s condition to which Soniya replies that Lakshmi has gone mad as she’s behaving like a 6-year-old kid.

Virendra furiously urges Sonya to mind her tongue but is unable to prevent her from speaking negatively about Lakshmi's condition.

Meanwhile, Malishka smirks, seeing the chaotic scene unfolding around her, noticing people covertly using softened language to refer to Lakshmi as mentally unstable.

Virendra decides to go to the hospital leading Neelam to stop him, emphasizing that Lakshmi's condition is incurable as there is no remedy available.

Sonya adds how Lakshmi is tasting her own medicine, claiming it's karma catching up to her for the wrongs she committed against them while Virendra warns her not to utter a single word about Lakshmi anymore.

Further, Virendra leaves for the hospital while Harleen asks god to protect her children including Lakshmi.

Elsewhere, Rishi discovers the contract stating there's no assurance of improving Lakshmi's condition but still decides to proceed with the treatment and signs on the papers.

However, Lakshmi throws tantrums at the nurse, behaving like a 6-year-old who’s afraid of the doctors while Rishi manages to convince her somehow and accompanies her to the OT.

Lakshmi goes inside the cabin when suddenly Virendra appears there leading Rishi to hug him tightly and breaking down in his arms.

He complains to him about things going wrong once again, asking Virendra if Lakshmi will be back to normal while Virendra asks him to calm down.

He adds how they need to be strong to tackle the situation as there's still hope of Lakshmi's treatment getting successful.

At home, Rano wonders about the disease that happened to Lakshmi while Neha asks her about the same leading Rano to lash out at her for annoying her.

Just then, Rano gets a thought about Shalu and Bani being with Rishi and aware of Lakshmi's whereabouts leading Neha to agree with her.

She asks Neha to call Shalu while in the hospital Virendra excuses himself to attend a call.

Meanwhile, Rishi feels restless and decides to enter the OT to look out for Lakshmi.

He enters and spots Lakshmi through the glass mirror as she's undergoing the treatment which makes him sentimental as he feels dishearted to see her in that state.

Elsewhere, the doctor connects three wires in the vicinity of Lakshmi's brain, causing her to scream in agony as the shocks course through her.

Suddenly, Shalu gets Rano's call who frantically asks her about Lakshmi's condition to which Shalu states that Lakshmi's brain was affected during the accident and she's undergoing some treatments.

At Oberoi's mansion, Harleen scolds Sonya and Malishka for asking stupid questions regarding Lakshmi not getting better while Karishma also supports Sonya.

Malishka considers the chance to win Rishi's heart if Lakshmi's health doesn't improve, manifesting the same to happen.

On the other hand, Lakshmi's piercing scream grabs Rishi and Ayush's attention, prompting them to rush into the operating theatre to check on her condition.

However, Ayush consoles Rishi and asks him to be strong.
