Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 19th March 2023 episode starts with the nurse telling everyone not to crowd the ICU room, showing them off.

However, Rishi refuses to leave the place and requests the nurse to let him be with Lakshmi.

The nurse, seeing Rishi's sincerity makes an exception and allows him to stay and leaves the room.

He goes outside and informs the family members that he will be staying with Lakshmi for the night, much to the disapproval of Malishka.

The family members tell him to take care of himself and leave.

However, after coming out Neelam realizes that Rishi mustn't have had his food and gets worried.

Everyone thinks of making arrangements for food especially for Rishi.

Malishka suggests to everyone that she can bring food to Rishi and stay with him.

However, she is brushed off by Harleen when Rishi calls them, asking them not to worry.

He tells them that he will have something from the hospital canteen as this is not the time to stay empty stomach and get weaker when Lakshmi needs him.

The family is convinced and finally leaves for the Oberoi residence.

However, Malishka is irritated at the attention received by Lakshmi and sits in the car grumpily.

Meanwhile, Ayush drops Shalu and Bani, reassuring them that Rishi will take proper care of Lakshmi and that she shouldn't stress too much about it.

Shalu and Bani are relieved that Lakshmi has recovered and leave for their house, giving Ayush a farewell.

Rishi holds Lakshmi's hand and does not remember when he dozes off on the same bed.

The next day, Lakshmi opens her eyes to find Rishi sleeping beside her.

She slowly gets up making Rishi also come out of his sleep while he jerks awake and asks her if she is alright.

Lakshmi simply stares at him, whispering to him to repeat what he said to her the previous day.

When Rishi hesitates, she asks him if he does not love her anymore, now that it is a new day.

Rishi instantly denies this statement and tells her that he really loves her.

Lakshmi then slowly replies that she too is in love with him.

Rishi is overjoyed hearing this and screams out, unable to contain his happiness and Lakshmi smiles at him weakly and they embrace each other.

Rishi then is woken from his dream which he desperately wishes to come true.

He then looks at Lakshmi who still hasn't woken up and feels sad.
