Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 19th November 2023 episode starts with Rishi crying his heart out in front of the idol of God, reminiscing about the good times he had with Lakshmi.

He then sees Lakshmi through the glass window as she is being given shock therapies.

Lakhmi is crying madly in pain which breaks him as he goes inside and starts removing everything from her.

The nurse asks him to stop and not hinder the operation but he does not listen and takes Lakshmi in his arms.

Lakshmi cries in pain, saying that she wants to go as she cannot take it anymore and complains that he promised that this won't hurt her but it is killing her.

Rishi starts crying with her and hugs her close to his chest, saying that now he will not let her get through this painful treatment.

The nurse says that the treatment is necessary but Rishi yells at her and says that he will not let Lakshmi be in pain.

Meanwhile, Rano is worried about Lakshmi as she knows that everyone will leave her now.

She continues to say that maybe Rishi will agree to be with Lakshmi but Neelam will never agree to it.

Back at the hospital, Rishi and Lakshmi step out of the ward while the nurses try to stop him.

The doctor tells Virendra that now she cannot do anything as Rishi is refusing the treatment.

Rishi says that now he will take Lakshmi home and they all will do her treatment.

Back at the house, Soniya says that Lakshmi has gone mad and will never go back to normal.

Meanwhile, Karishma calls Virendra and hands the phone to Dadi.

Virendra tells her that Lakshmi will not be treated at the hospital and that is why they are bringing her home.

Neelam and the others ask Dadi what happened and upon learning the truth, Soniya says that Lakshmi has gone crazy.

Malishka asks Soniya to keep quiet and then calms Dadi down to get in everyone’s good books.

Later, Malishka calls Abhay and gives him the good news which brings a smile to his face.

Abhay asks Malishka to come back home now but she refuses as she wants to build good relations with Rishi and see Lakshmi’s life get ruined.

Meanwhile, Lakshmi and Rishi are on their way back home where he tells her that he will always be by her side.

Virendra thinks to himself that he failed as a father-in-law but he knows that Lakshmi will win this battle too and live happily ever after.

Back at the hospital, Ayush holds Bani as she loses her balance and starts crying.

Shalu hugs her and says that she has to be strong for her and everyone else to which Bani asks why is Lakshmi always the victim.

However, Shalu says that Lakshmi’s fate is her real enemy to which Bani says that she will kill the person who caused Lakshmi’s accident.

Ayush calms both of them down and says that he has full faith in Lakshmi as he believes that her fate will turn around.
