Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 19th September 2023 episode starts with Neelam coming to talk to Lakshmi in her room and asking her if her entrance broke Lakshmi's daydream.

Neelam says that Lakshmi must be dreaming about capturing Rishi in her grasp but that is not possible since Rishi and Malishka are marrying each other that same day.

Lakshmi silently hears as Neelam says that Lakshmi has always wanted to ruin the happiness of the family and it is a shame that Rishi thinks about Lakshmi more than his own mother.

However, Lakshmi replies to Neelam's insults and says that she left Rishi without any demands when she asked her to and has always respected Neelam like her own mother.

Lakshmi says that even though Rishi had not done anything wrong, she divorced him and she was brought into that family by Neelam only in the first place.

Emphasizing relationships, Lakshmi says that a good relationship always stays in one's heart and no one needs to take control of them but Neelam does not seem impressed.

Neelam says that Lakshmi's wise act will not work on her and asks Lakshmi to drop her fakeness in front of her.

Meanwhile, Ayush comes to Rishi's room and asks him about his appearance being upset even though he is marrying the woman he has loved all these years.

Ayush says that such an expression comes up when a person is being forced to marry a woman he does not love and is about to lose the woman he actually loves.

Acting confused, Ayush says that Rishi has no reason to be upset since he loves Malishka dearly and asks Rishi if it is Lakshmi whom he loves.

Rishi denies accepting the truth which makes Ayush tell him that he is confused about whether he should be sad or happy as Lakshmi is leaving the house and Rishi is marrying the woman he loves.

Ayush says that happy and sad things are happening simultaneously which makes him confused about how he should feel.

After Ayush leaves, Rishi gets upset and tells himself that he will not be able to see Lakshmi once she leaves and will be left alone.

Ayush comes to Dadi, Virendra, Shalu, and Bani and tells them that he has done his work after which Dadi asks Shalu and Bani to start the next step but Sonia overhears everything from outside the room.

At the same time, Lakshmi comes to Neelam's room after getting ready and gets shocked as Neelam asks her to become her shadow for the rest of the day.

Neelam says that she does not even like to see Lakshmi's face on usual days but she cannot do anything about the present situation and needs to make sure that Lakshmi is under her control.

Lakshmi and Neelam come downstairs and Neelam greets Kiran who gets happy about the marriage and goes upstairs to see Malishka.

Shalu and Bani get stopped by Sonia but they trick Sonia into believing that they are talking about another Rishi who is Dadi's distant relative.

Rishi is shocked to hear about Lakshmi marrying another man and shifting to America from Shalu and Bani while they say that Rishi has already decided to leave Lakshmi and move on.

He says that no one is more important to him than Lakshmi which makes Shalu and Bani smile sneakily as their plan is working.
