Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 1st July 2023 episode starts with Lakshmi out of her senses and remembering all her happy and romantic moments with Rishi.

All the family members are also praying for Rishi when Harleen questions why the operation is not over yet and Ayush asks her to wait.

Meanwhile, Neelam starts crying remembering how she asked Rishi to leave the home and Karishma tries to console her.

Neelam is unable to control her tears and gives a furious look to Lakshmi while she leaves the corridor.

Suddenly, the nurse comes out of the operating theatre to bring the medicine but Malishka stops her and keeps asking about Rishi.

Seeing all this, Neelam shouts at Malishka and tells her to stop behaving like this and let the nurse go.

At the same time, Vikrant calls Saloni to ask whether Rishi is alive or dead.

Listening to this Saloni gets shocked while Vikrant tells her that he had no other option as Rishi got the proof. 

Hence he decided to kill Rishi and did the accident which makes Saloni stressed and worried about Vikrant’s health and requests him to let her come.

Vikrant stops her and questions about Rishi and Saloni tells him that Rishi is alive and both Lakshmi and Ayush saved him.

However, Vikrant gets furious hearing this and asks Saloni to keep an eye there.

Meanwhile, Lakshmi stands hand-folded in front of God and prays to save Rishi and the doctor comes out and tells everyone that Rishi is safe and will regain consciousness in some time.

Bani hurriedly rushes to tell this to Lakshmi when Ayush praises Lakshmi and calls her a blessing for Rishi.

Just then, Saloni thinks about Vikrant and wants to be with him and decides to leave.

At the same time, Bani reaches out to Lakshmi and tells her that Rishi is fine, and listening to this, Lakshmi happily cries out and thanks God for helping Rishi.

As Bani is taking Lakshmi to Rishi, she notices Saloni rushing out of the hospital.

As doctors are shifting Rishi to ICU, the entire family goes to meet Rishi but Lakshmi stops outside the room and blames herself for Rishi’s condition.

This makes Bani tell Lakshmi that only she saved Rishi but Lakshmi is not accepting this and refuses to meet Rishi.

In the ICU, Neelam keeps staring at Rishi and the nurse asks everyone to leave the room.

Malishka requests to stay with Rishi but Harleen intervenes and asks Shallu to call Lakshmi.

Listening to this Neelam bursts out and states that Lakshmi cannot be here and blames her for Rishi’s condition but Harleen tells her that only Lakshmi saved Rishi.

Karishma replies that Anjana may feel bad as Lakshmi is going to be her daughter-in-law but Anjana replies that she has no problem and everyone leaves the room.

Meanwhile, Vikrant tries to leave the hospital but the nurse stops him from leaving and suddenly Saloni enters his room and is heartbroken seeing Vikrant’s condition.

In Rishi’s room, Lakshmi is constantly watching unconscious Rishi and remembering his words.

She talks to Rishi saying she is really bad and seeks an apology from him as she couldn’t save him.

At the same time, Vikrant tells Saloni that he knew Lakshmi would save Rishi and he wants to kill Rishi.

Meanwhile, Saloni is crying and doesn’t want Vikrant to leave the hospital so he tells Saloni that now she will kill Rishi.
