Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 1st November 2023 episode starts with Sonal reaching home and sighing in relief when suddenly she spots a bag full of money that she has to hand over to the truck driver.

She immediately stands up, saying that now she will make the full payment to him, and asks him never to show his face again in this life.

Meanwhile, Kiran calls Neelam to ask about Rishi's health leading Neelam to reply that they're home.

However, Kiran feels something fishy about the situation after disconnecting the call and wonders if something is bothering Neelam.

Just then, Sonal joins her, asking about the matter when Kiran informs her that Lakshmi has also gained consciousness.

Sonal thinks to herself that she cannot tell Kiran about Lakshmi being kidnapped as she will surely doubt Malishka for kidnapping her.

Kiran questions Sonal if she's leaving for somewhere leading her to reply that she's going to end the matter with the truck driver for once and for all.

On the other hand, Shalu and Bani ask their auto driver to drive fast as they need to catch the culprit anyhow while Shalu wonders about Ayush's location.

At the hospital, Rishi continues to look out for Lakshmi in the dark storeroom when he stumbles upon something and realises that Lakshmi is lying unconscious.

He starts panicking while trying to wake her up in the dark which leads him to carry Lakshmi in his strong arms.

Soon, his eyes get wide open in shock when he spots Malishka in his arms rather than Lakshmi while she continues to pretend unconscious.

He helps her lie down on the couch, asking her to wake up when she gradually opens her eyes and frantically starts telling him about her efforts.

She states that she feels like someone else was also present in the storeroom along with her while she was looking out for Lakshmi.

Malishka tells Rishi that Lakshmi is not around them and he should stop looking out for her while Rishi stays stubborn about sensing Lakshmi's presence around him.

However, Malishka drags him to the middle of the hall, asking him if he can see Lakshmi anywhere.

Rishi questions her if she really wants to find Lakshmi while Virendra spots Rishi with Malishka when he rushes to him.

Virendra asks if he is going with Ayush to find Lakshmi to which Rishi replies that he almost left when suddenly he sensed Lakshmi nearby but failed to find her.

Just then, the inspector appears there when Rishi reluctantly replies to all his questions, making Malishka realise that he is totally unaware of her evil deeds.

Malishka rushes to the storeroom again when she recalls how she manipulated Rishi earlier in the storeroom leading to her escapism.

She decides to kill Lakshmi somewhere else otherwise, Rishi will get suspicious of her since she denied Lkashmi's presence in the storeroom.

Malishka drags Lakshmi to an empty ward, wondering about the technique she should use to kill her this time when she spots a scissor and decides to stab in her stomach.

In no time, Malishka finishes her task and opens the door with her hands and face covered with blood droplets.

She walks out of the room lifelessly while Kiran drives back to her house, recalling her conversation with Neelam and Karishma about Rishi and Lakshmi.

She remembers how Neelam and Karishma were totally against Lakshmi and planning to bring Rishi back home while Kiran wonders if Malishka has kidnapped her.

Elsewhere, the inspector interrogates Rishi while a lady enters the ward by mistake when she spots blood on the floor and falls unconscious.
