Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 20th November 2023 episode starts with Rishi staring at Lakshmi with love in his eyes during the car ride.

He starts wiping Lakshmi’s face as she stares at him with an innocent smile and Virendra feels happy, watching this through the mirror.

Virendra then coughs all of a sudden which attracts Rishi’s attention so he asks Virendra if he is okay while Lakshmi announces that kada (medicine drink) is the cure for Virendra.

Hearing this, a small smile appears on Virendra’s face because it reminds him of the time when Lakshmi offered him the same medicine a long time ago.

Even Rishi feels hopeful, thinking that maybe Lakshmi will soon recover since the characteristics are still there while Lakshmi is busy looking out of the window.

On the other hand, in the Oberoi mansion, Malishka is sitting in a room when Soniya approaches her, yelling that she is very happy that Lakshmi has become a mad person because now she does not need to witness RishiMi's wedding.

An evil grin spreads on Malishka's face after hearing this yet she states that Rishi is married to Lakshmi which means they have to accept Lakshmi eventually.

Soniya rolls her eyes as soon as Malishka stops talking but Malishka clarifies that fate is supporting her so very soon she will become Rishi's wife and Soniya does not need to worry anymore.

Meanwhile, Neelam calls Rano, ordering her to come to the Oberoi mansion quickly as she needs to discuss something that confuses Karishma and Harleen.

Later, when Rishi's car arrives at the Oberoi mansion, Lakshmi expresses that she does not want to stay at the Oberoi mansion as everyone scolds her.

She starts shuddering after saying this and Rishi consoles Lakshmi by saying that he will protect her from everything so Lakshmi does not need to worry.

However, a problem arises for Rishi as soon as he steps foot in the house because Neelam announces that since Lakshmi is mentally unstable, it is better for her to stay at Rano's house for now.

Neelam further states that she accepted Lakshmi as Rishi's wife but now her situation is a burden so Rishi should let Lakshmi live at Rano's place.

Hearing this, Rishi objects, stating that he will leave the Oberoi mansion if Neelam does not accept Lakshmi's situation.

Rano also announces that if she was at Neelam's place then she would support her son's love.

At the same time, Malishka grabs Rishi's hand, offering him to stay at her house till Lakshmi gets better because she is Rishi's friend but Rishi denies it politely.

On the other hand, Kiran is freaking out in her home as she is assuming that Malishka's life is going to be ruined at the Oberoi mansion when Mr. Bedi reveals that Lakshmi has become a child which means Malishka is safe.
