Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 21st February 2023 episode starts with Kiran and Vijay arguing while being doubtful of Neelam's answer.

Just then, Malishka comes there and happily informs them that Neelam has fixed her marriage with Rishi after 30 days.

She also states that Neelam has organized a party for her on Valentine's day while Kiran says that she is just happy to see her daughter happy.

At the Oberoi house, Lakshmi is feeding medicines to Harleen while Harleen states that she wants to throw things in anger since Neelam wants Rishi and Malishka to get married as soon as possible.

Just then, Devika comes there and thanks Lakshmi while informing them that Neelam has organized a party for Malishka and Rishi's marriage announcement.

Meanwhile, Virendra asks Neelam if she is organizing a party and is upset that she didn't even think to ask or tell him.

However, Neelam says that she has hosted the party for Rishi and Malishka's marriage announcement.

Virendra asks her if she is doing this to get revenge on him or Lakshmi while Neelam states that she just wants to get rid of Lakshmi from Rishi's life.

Later, Malishka dreams about her and Rishi celebrating Valentine's day, and just as she is about to kiss him, he gets woken up by Sonal's call.

Malishka wakes her up and scolds her saying that because of the call on her phone, she did not get to kiss Rishi.

However, Sonal sees that it is Ashish calling her and leaves the room to talk with him.

Back at the Oberoi house, Lakshmi wakes up and gets surprised to see Rishi sleeping on the couch.

She checks her leg to see if it is tied or not and goes near him, seeing that there is no rope tied around her ankle.

Lakshmi sees the rose in his hand and wakes him up while asking him why he is sleeping in her room.

Rishi says that he feels at peace in her room and gives her a rose.

She asks him the reason and he tells her that it is Valentine's Day and he wants to give her to rose.

Lakshmi wishes him back and is about to speak further when he asks her if she does not love him.

She gets stunned when Rishi says that he knows she loves him the same way he loves her.

He calls her his savior, his best friend, and his well-wisher while telling her that whatever relationship they have, is pure and wise.

Lakshmi tells him that he could have given it to her in the morning while he reasons that the family would have questioned and annoyed him if he has given her the rose in the morning.

Having a sudden idea, Lakshmi turns on the lights and finds the tissue paper using which she makes a rose and gives it to Rishi.

He smiles at the paper rose as he says that he will keep it with him forever since it is never going to wither.

He leaves the room while Lakshmi looks at his disappearing figure and smiles to herself.
