Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 21st March 2023 episode starts with Shalu telling Ayush that Lakshmi will return home after having breakfast.

They all sit down together as Lakshmi and Rishi share the same plate.

Ayush and Shalu watch Rishi feeding Lakshmi as she smiles at him.

After finishing breakfast, Ayush visits the doctor's chamber alone and gets to know that Lakshmi is facing short term memory loss.

As he walks out of the chamber, he decides not to disclose the news to Rishi as he sees Rishi and Lakshmi happy and prays for them.

Meanwhile, Balwinder enters the hospital to find Lakshmi and is furious with Rishi and Ayush as they always guide Lakshmi and he cannot have a moment alone with her.

He prays for Malishka and Rishi's marriage so that he gets Lakshmi and hides his face while they all get out of the hospital.

At the Oberoi Mansion, Virendra goes to inform Harleen about the good news while she is praying to God.

She says that all she wants is for Lakshmi and Rishi to reach home safely and Virendra says that Lakshmi has been dismissed by the hospital and Ayush and Rishi are bringing her home.

Virendra confesses that he neither wants Lakshmi to leave the house nor he wants to break Malishka and Rishi's engagement.

Harleen prays for Lakshmi's well-being and if it is this house her health will improve, then Lakshmi should stay here no matter what.

As Rishi brings Lakshmi inside the house, Neelam asks about her health.

Rishi continuously reveals and repeats how Lakshmi risked her life and saved him from the fire.

Harleen and Virendra come as Harleen hugs Lakshmi and after Lakshmi goes to her room, Neelam tells that as Lakshmi did not marry Aarav, they need to find a new groom for her.

She also informs Rishi that he has to marry Malishka within a month even if Lakshmi's marriage does not get fixed.

Virendra whispers to Harleen that Neelam is planning to throw Lakshmi out of the house by giving her a marriage proposal.

After Lakshmi freshens up, Karishma approaches her in her room and informs Lakshmi that they have called a matchmaker today for her to make the right choice.

Karishma asks Lakshmi to try so that they can fix her marriage date as the priest is coming to fix Malishka and Rishi's marriage date too.

On the other hand, Rishi thinks that he is getting ignored by Lakshmi because she didn't reply to his confession.

Meanwhile, Ayush thinks about the news about Lakshmi he got from the doctor.

When Rishi asks him hard, he finally tells him that before the final injection, when Lakshmi woke up, she faced short-term memory loss.

That means Lakshmi forgot what happened during that particular span.

Rishi understands that he is not getting ignored and hugs Ayush.

Meanwhile, the priest also enters as he decides the date, and Malishka and Kiran come and are very happy with Neelam's decision.
