Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 21st October 2023 episode starts with Malishka reaching near the cliff in order to look out for Rishi and Lakshmi if they’re alive or not.

Meanwhile, Lakshmi struggles to climb the cliff when suddenly, she spots Malishka standing over there with a look that expresses regret for not being able to kill them.

Lakshmi is shocked and questions her if she tried killing them while recalling the moment when the truck pushed their car harshly leading them to fall.

On the other hand, the doctor informs Neelam about Virendra’s health condition to which Neelam questions him if Virendra had a heart attack.

The doctor tells her that he had a very mild heart attack this time but it increases the probability of getting it again in the future.

However, the doctor leaves after giving the prescription leading Karishma to ask the servant to bring Virendra’s medicine while Neelam spends time with him.

She scolds him for worrying about even little things leading him to agree with her and he listens to her peacefully.

Elsewhere, Malishka confronts Lakshmi and rebukes her for being a burden in everyone’s life including Rishi’s, telling her that she deserves to die while gritting her teeth in anger.

Meanwhile, Lakshmi shakes her head, refusing to give up on her dear life, and holds Malishka’s leg in order to prevent herself from Malishka’s advances.

At Oberoi’s house, Karishma discusses with Neelam the topic on which Virendra is brainstorming while Neelam informs her about Virendra’s nature of keeping upsetting things away from the family members.

However, Virendra thinks to himself how he managed to convince Neelam about his heart attack leading Neelam to offer him the medicines.

Virendra wonders if the doctor has given him the Vitamin capsules or not since he knows about his plan of pretending to have a heart attack.

Harleen comes there and frantically questions Neelam and Karishma about Virendra’s health to which Karishma replies that he’s fine now.

Karishma and Neelam look at Harleen with their confused eyes while Virendra opens his eyes, signaling Harleen to stop.

Elsewhere, Lakshmi tells Malishka that she won’t let anything happen to Rishi until she’s alive leading Malishka to mock her by saying that therefore, she’s killing Rishi too this time.

Malishka expresses how venomous she’s feeling right now as she will not let Lakshmi have a happy life with Rishi.

Just then, Malishka spots a rock lying there and thinks to herself about killing Lakshmi anyhow as she can reveal the truth about her to everyone if she leaves her alive.

Malishka pretends to fall down on the ground in an attempt to get her hands on the rock and strikes Lakshmi’s head with it out of frustration, making her fall.

However, Rishi spots Lakshmi falling and holds her while Lakshmi asks him to let her go and reluctantly pulls her hand away from him.

Rishi realises that he can’t live without her and falls along with her leading them to hug each other while falling and both of them recall their past moments.

Meanwhile, Ayush gets worried as he’s unable to connect on call with Rishi and Lakshmi while Shalu and Bani also call Ayush regarding the same, sensing something fishy about their sudden disappearance.

On the cliff, Malishka sits down helplessly after killing Rishi and Lakshmi while Kiran and Sonal reach home when Kiran starts lashing out at Sonal for supporting Malishka in everything.

She expresses how miserable she feels to witness her real daughter, stooping so low that she has killed Rishi and Lakshmi while Sonal asks her to calm down.

Elsewhere, Ayush, Shalu, and Bani meet each other, discussing about the solution to find Rishi and Lakshmi anyhow while Bani pitches to inform the police but Ayush rejects the idea.
