Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 23rd October 2023 episode starts with Sonal scolding Malishka as to how could she take such a step to kill Rishi while Malishka stays expressionless. 

Meanwhile, Mukesh who is the helper of the Oberoi house, comes running to Virendra's room as Karishma questions him what has happened.

Mukesh shows all of them the news of Rishi and Lakshmi's car falling down the cliff with no clue of their bodies while Virendra practically leaps out of his bed.

Neelam and Karishma chant that nothing will happen to Lakshmi as Virendra's mind paces back and forth, worrying about RishMi.

On the other hand, Sonal tells Malishka that it won't take much time for the police to reach her as she leaves the big truck on the site.

However, Malishka gets irritated and tells Sonal that leaving the truck wasn't her plan but the owner of the truck should stay quiet as she gave him lots of money.

At Oberoi House, Virendra screams at Karishma and Neelam for always bad-mouthing Lakshmi, and due to this habit, they will now forever lose Rishi.

Just then, he also calls Ayush who is worried sick about Rishi and Lakshmi, accompanied by Shalu and Bani.

Shalu calls Rano to ask if she got any call from Lakshmi but Rano refuses, getting worried as she also gets informed of RishMi's car accident.

Meanwhile, Kiran hesitates whether she should call Karishma or not and to know what is happening, she finally calls her.

Karishma informs Kiran that Rishi has gone missing after the accident which leaves Kiran feeling troubled.

At Oberoi house, Harleen, Karishma, and Neelam sit down with priests to conduct a yagna, praying to God to let them find Rishi and Lakshmi.

Miraculously, their prayers work, and Rishi and Lakshmi's bodies are found by a few men who inform the police immediately.

Just then, Ayush also gets informed of the same by the police after which he gets Virendra's call and informs him that Rishi and Lakshmi have been discovered.

Virendra in his car drives to the City Hospital while Rishi and Lakshmi are treated separately in the OT.

Bani and Shalu get extremely sad but Ayush tells them not to lose any hope.

Just then, Shalu gets Rano's call and tells her about Rishi and Lakshmi's critical state.

However, Shalu who is unable to say anything due to heavy emotions, stays silent while Bani takes the phone from her hand, hearing Rano tell them that Baba Ji will make everything fine.

Ayush comes there and asks Shalu to drink some water as Bani consoles her sister.

After a few minutes, Virendra also comes to the hospital, asking Ayush if Rishi and Lakshmi got any cuts or not.

Ayush loses it and blames himself, saying he is useless but Virendra asks him to stay strong after which he also meets Shalu and Bani, asking them to be stronger.

Meanwhile, Sonal asks Malishka how she is going to save herself if she gets caught while Malishka is certain that she won't get caught.

Just then, Kiran also comes there and reminds Malishka that if any evidence is found against her, she won't be able to save her.

Further, Kiran tells both Sonal and Malishka that Malishka didn't try to kill anyone random but Rishi Oberoi whose mother, Neelam, didn't even spare any kid in childhood who used to bother Rishi.
