Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 24th October 2023 episode starts with Shalu standing up from her seat as she sees the nurse come out of the OT.

She rushes to ask the nurse if Lakshmi and Rishi are out of danger to which the nurse smiles and affirms the positive.

This makes Shalu smile, however, she realizes this is just a dream as Virendra and Bani snap her out of it.

Virendra tries to make her understand not to lose hope after which the real doctor who is operating on them emerges out of the OT.

Neelam asks him if Rishi is good or not but the doctor says he cannot say anything as Rishi's health is critical.

Meanwhile, Virendra thinks that the doctor is hiding something about Lakshmi as he didn't open up about her fully.

Neelam watches Lakshmi's body go away on a stretcher with a nonchalant expression but gets concerned when she sees her Rishi, half-conscious.

After the bodies are shifted to another room, Neelam curses Lakshmi for being a bad omen for Rishi which triggers Shalu.

Shalu then furiously orders Neelam to not label Lakshmi as a bad omen as her sister has always saved Rishi's life.

However, Virendra silences them both as it is a hospital.

On the other hand, Kiran calls Karishma who informs her about Rishi and Lakshmi being alive which shocks Malishka as she tried her best to kill them both and the danger of her secret being ousted still persists.

At the hospital, Karishma bad-mouths Shalu as to how she was talking to Neelam like this when the head nurse comes out with a list of medicines to be bought for Rishi.

Karishma asks her to get it as they will pay them the money while Neelam begs her to let her see Rishi.

The head nurse refutes but Neelam still goes in anyway and sits beside Rishi to watch over him.

Outside, Harleen tells the head nurse to allow the mother to see her son as maybe her love can make improvements in his health.

On the other hand, Virendra goes to meet the doctor operating on Lakshmi and asks her if they are hiding anything about Lakshmi's health or not.

The doctor tells Virendra that they have to wait for the test reports as Lakshmi's head ligaments have been badly injured.

In the meantime, Kiran tries to make Malishka understand that she has to move on from Rishi or else, she will do no good in her life.

The police also come there at the hospital and asks the Oberoi's if Rishi has any enemy or not to which they all shake their head in negatively.

Sonal asks Malishka what she is thinking about while Malishka tells her that she is thinking about Kiran's words to move on.

Sonal is happy to hear Malishka's decision but gets shocked the next moment when Malishka says that in order to move on, she doesn't need Rishi, so she will kill him.

At the hospital, Rishi who is still unconscious recalls the moment he and Lakshmi fell down the cliff and his movements grow on the bed.

This fetches everyone's attention and Neelam's worry but the head nurse and the doctor asks them to leave as they will take care of the patient.

Meanwhile, Sonal somehow agrees to Malishka's plan to kill Rishi as she needs help at this point of time.
