Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 25th October 2023 episode starts with Malishka and Sonal locking the room so Kiran does not suspect that they are not home. 

Meanwhile, Kiran thinks about going to the hospital and making up with Neelam so she can beg for forgiveness if they ever find out about Malishka’s attempt to kill Rishi.

On the other hand, the nurse asks Aayush, Shalu, and Bani to leave the room as they are not allowed.

Later, Aayush and Shalu decide to go find the person responsible for the accident. 

Kiran comes to Neelam to show sympathy for Rishi when Aayush comes there and tells them that they are going to find out about the killer. 

Just then, the doctor comes there and tells them that Rishi has gone into a coma but he is sure that he will come out of it soon. 

Everyone gets worried while Karishma tells Aayush that he will not go anywhere.

However, Neelam tells Aayush to go and find the person responsible and bring him to her and she will punish her with her own two hands. 

Kiran feels worried knowing the intensity of Neelam’s anger and thinks to do something so no one can get to her. 

Malishka Disguises Herself As A Doctor

Just then, Malishka sees through the glass and is surprised to see Kiran there.

Meanwhile, Aayush and Shalu collide with Malishka dressed in a doctor’s disguise but cannot recognize her. 

Seeing everyone in the waiting room, Malishka thinks of getting rid of Rishi and Lakshmi so no one can ever know that she is the one who killed them. 

On the other hand, Sonal has come looking for the truck driver who is the lone witness of Malishka’s crime. 

However, the police are already there looking for him while that man hides in the shadows to keep himself from being seen. 

Aayush and Shalu also arrive there and decide to go inside his home to search for clues. 

Neelam Saves Rishi 

Meanwhile, Malishka quietly enters Rishi’s room and sends the nurse on a break so she can kill him in peace. 

Neelam thinks that she cannot let Rishi stay in the coma and will have to do something. 

At the same time, Malishka tells Rishi that he will have to deal with the consequences of betraying her. 

Malishka removes Rishi’s mask and tells him that she cannot risk going to jail either as he has seen her face and he will have to die. 

Layer, Neelam walks towards Rishi’s room determined to wake him up as Rishi has stopped breathing after thrashing for some time. 

Neelam enters the room and Malishka gets worried about being caught while Sonal cannot catch the driver and decides to call Malishka to update her.

In the meantime, Aayush and Shalu entered the driver's house through a back window. 

At the hospital, Neelam does not recognise Malishka and asks her if she has come to treat Rishi out of the coma. 

Neelam tells her that she is his mother and will want to bring him out of the coma. 

Neelam tells Rishi to wake up as he is her lifeline and she is dying to see him like this. 

Malishka To Use Rishi's Amnesia

Just then, a nurse returns and asks Neelam to go out of a coma as it is inconveniencing Rishi while Malishka stands aside quietly.

On the other hand, Lakshmi’s doctor checks Lakshmi’s vital and expresses concern about her constant unconsciousness. 

Later, Sonal calls Malishka to update her about the driver while Malishka tells her that Rishi has gone into a coma and there are chances that he will have amnesia if he wakes up which is good in her favour. 

On being asked how Malishka tells her that now she can use his amnesia to make him fall for her again with Neelam's help. 

She also tells her that first, she will have to finish Lakshmi so she can never come between her and Rishi again.
