Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 25th September 2023 episode starts with Rishi saying that he has made his decision to leave the house with Lakshmi.

He turns back to look at the family members as Harleen and Virender plead with Neelam to change her decision as they cannot see the son of the house leaving.

Neelam refuses Rishi!

However, Neelam keeps her head high and walks inside while Rishi hugs Harleen asking her if he did the right thing.

Harleen nods while trying to control her sobs while Rishi goes to take other elders' blessings.

Karishma refuses to give blessings to Rishi who tells her to keep supporting Neelam like she has done till now.

Rishi apologizes to everyone including Kiran, Malishka, and Sonia who plead with him to not make this decision.

Aayush and Rishi hug as Rishi tells him to stay strong as he will have to be the next Rishi of the house.

Further, Rishi goes to Neelam and tries to hold her hand but she removes her hands from him while he tells her that he's going away from her but he's not separating from her as her blood runs in his veins.

Seeing the tears on her cheeks, Rishi goes to remove them but Neelam moves away from him as Rishi rushes out of there with Lakshmi's hand in his.

He stops once to look back at everyone and hopes for Neelam to turn back but she doesn't as Rishi looks down and leaves.

Neelam runs to the door and cries as she recalls how Rishi chose Lakshmi over her and walks in a dazed situation with sobs breaking her heart.

She falls to the ground and covers her head between her knees while the family tries to console her.

Lakshmi scolds Rishi

On the other hand, Shalu and Bani leave the house wondering if what happened is a good thing or not when they stop seeing Rishi and Lakshmi.

She scolds him while Rishi tells Lakshmi that he did what she was doing till now and tells her that he did it cause he loves her.

Lakshmi tells him that he broke his promise while Rishi tells her that he would have died if he had not confessed today and he knew she valued his life more than the promise.

He tells her he truly loves her a lot and that this feeling is something he has experienced only with her.

Rishi gets emotional as he tells her that she is his everything and that she is what keeps him alive.

Just then, Aayush rushes there and tells Rishi that Neelam is crying a lot as she has broken.

Lakshmi tells Rishi to go but he refuses saying that he has chosen his path.

However, Lakshmi tells him that she won't be able to forgive herself if Neelam suffers while Rishi tells her that he will be hurting Neelam even more if he goes and then leaves the house again.

Rishi refuses to return home

Aayush tells him that Neelam will agree and convinces him to come back but Rishi refuses to use Neelam's emotions as he knows Neelam will never really accept Lakshmi from her heart.

Hearing this, Aayush cries that he cannot be without Rishi and tells him that he will come with him and hugs him while Rishi tells him that he has to stay back and take responsibility for the family.

Aayush cries requesting Rishi and Lakshmi to take him with them while Lakshmi hugs him and consoles him saying that she will bring back Rishi.

She wipes away his tears telling him that he cannot give up while Rishi slaps him playfully and makes him go back inside.

Further, Rishi takes Lakshmi's hand and walks away while inside the house, Neelam cries about how her son left her.

Malishka states that it is Lakshmi at fault while Harleen and Virender stand up for her.

Malishka's family talks ill about Lakshmi while Aayush comes there and states that Lakshmi was trying to send him back but Rishi himself refused to come.

Harleen states that this would not have happened if they had gotten Rishi and Lakshmi married while Malishka shouts that Rishi loves her and that it is Lakshmi who dragged him away.

Virender and Harleen continue defending Lakshmi and Rishi while Abhay shouts that he would not have left them if anything happened to his daughter.

However, Virender tells him to think about what would have happened if Rishi had gone to Lakshmi after marrying Lakshmi.
