Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 28th February 2023 episode starts with Neelam promising to arrange Rishi and Malishka’s marriage within one month.

Meanwhile, as Neelam walks away from the spotlight, Malishka happily tells Rishi that their relationship is official.

Pulling Rishi some close, Malishka reminds him about his promise to him while Rishi looks uncomfortable.

On the other hand, Lakshmi falls onto the bed with a poker face as she recalls how Rishi and Malishka were sleeping naked on the bed together.

Once Lakshmi closes her eyes, Balwinder walks in with his mask on, and gets carried away by Lakshmi’s beauty.

He scans Lakshmi’s whole body with lust-filled eyes as he thinks Lakshmi is something else.

As he lowers himself to touch Lakshmi, he whispers that he has never gotten the chance to get this close to Lakshmi.

He smiles creepily as his breathing falls on Lakshmi’s body whereas, in the hall, Malishka orders Rishi to fulfill his promise if he does not want her to drag Lakshmi here to prove Rishi’s promise.

Rishi tries to change Malishka’s mind by saying that he does not want to do this in front of everyone but Malishka announces that they are modern people, not village people.

On the other hand, Balwinder puts his hands on Lakshmi to prevent her from seeing him when Lakshmi starts struggling to open her eyes.

She starts fighting Balwinder, who puts on his mask when she stands up and runs away after pushing Balwinder away.

Balwinder stands there feeling doubtful since Lakshmi still has the power to overpower him, despite the drunk state and runs away from there.

In the meantime, Lakshmi is walking on the balcony while stumbling on her foot continuously.

Back in the hall, Rishi decides to kiss Malishka on her forehead to end the drama when Malishka questions him if he still loves her.

They then start dancing together during which Virendra questions Neelam about why Malishka is behaving this way.

Though Neelam feels slightly embarrassed, she does not stop Malishka and says that Malishka and Rishi are adults.

Meanwhile, Shalu requests Ayush to do something that takes it the wrong way and mentions that they are around people right now.

Shalu starts blushing hearing this but Bani orders these two love birds to focus on Rishi and Malishka for now.

On the other hand, when Rishi lowers Malishka in his arms to kiss her forehead, Rishi feels restless as if something is wrong.

He notices Lakshmi feeling dizzy and runs to hold her as she falls from upstairs, leaving Malishka in a jiffy.

As Rishi picks Lakshmi in his arms, he finds Lakshmi unconscious and gets worried when Lakshmi does not open her eyes.

He even puts his head on Lakshmi's chest to hear her heartbeat but gets scared even more as he does not hear her heartbeat.

When someone in the crowd orders Rishi to give Lakshmi CPR, he gives Lakshmi air through his lips, and as his lips touch Lakshmi's, Malishka gets the shock of her life.

Lakshmi opens her eyes for a brief moment before closing them again whereas Ayush does not find anyone in the room.

Afterward, the doctor praises Rishi for his quick thinking saying that Lakshmi was just shocked whereas Malishka accuses Lakshmi of acting in front of Soniya.

On the other hand, Balwinder feels relieved as he is home now and Kamli is witness to this.

When Balwinder asks Kamli where she went, Kamli lies that she went to buy some medicines.

Though Balwinder does not believe Kamli, he does not question her and thinks he will return to the Oberoi mansion again.

Back in Oberoi mansion, Malishka drags Rishi away to talk to him as soon as he puts Lakshmi in the bed whereas Karishma and Soniya accuse Lakshmi of ruining Malishka's valentine.
