Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 28th October 2023 episode starts with Neelam joining her hands in front of Matarani in the temple.

She looks at Matarani with pleading eyes, begging the goddess to heal Rishi while the chanting of prayer fills the air.

Meanwhile, Malishka is trying her best to kill Lakshmi who is giving a tough fight to Malishka, and at the same time, Rishi is also slowly opening his eyes.

Malishka gets angry at Lakshmi when she clutches her mangalsutra which makes Malishka furious so she yells that she is going to snatch this mangalsutra from Lakshmi’s neck.

On the other hand, Rishi starts breathing heavily, trying very hard to open his eyes while his hands shake for a long time.

He takes Lakshmi’s name as he suddenly gets up to look around for Lakshmi, calling her name continuously.

As he walks out of the room, Harleen and Karishma stare at him with extreme happiness, asking him to calm down.

Rishi replies stressfully that he can feel something is wrong with Lakshmi which is why he is looking around for her.

In the meantime, Malishka successfully removes the mangalsutra from Lakshmi’s neck despite Lakshmi’s faint protest.

She smirks as Lakshmi slowly stops fighting, indicating that Lakshmi has died a very painful death which fills Malishka with immense pleasure.

Malishka tells Lakshmi that she snatched Rishi away from Malishka so now she is paying the price by being dead.

As she is about to leave, a nurse enters the room and questions Malishka about why she has removed the oxygen mask from Lakshmi’s mouth.

The nurse quickly realizes that Lakshmi is dead since she is not responding but before the nurse can grab Malishka’s hand, Malishka runs out of the room by wounding the nurse.

Watching Malishka sprinting out of the room, the nurse keeps calling her name when Rishi suddenly enters the room in a panic state, begging Lakshmi to open her eyes.

At the same time, the doctor enters the room and informs Rishi that Lakshmi has died yet Rishi pulls Lakshmi's head into his chest, saying that if his heart is beating it means Lakshmi's heart should also beat.

As if Lakshmi can hear it, her heart suddenly starts beating and the doctor tells Rishi that because of his love, Lakshmi has regained her life.

On the other hand, Virendra bribes the goon by saying that he will give him a huge sum of money and hide his name from the police if he gives Virendra the number of the person who has hired him.

The goon agrees but before he can give Virendra the number, he gets a call from Sonal who orders the goon to run away in order for a huge amount of money.

Immediately, the goon agrees while Sonal makes it clear that her name should stay hidden from the police and the goon unlocks the gas cylinder.

Meanwhile, Neelam arrives at the hospital and embraces Rishi in a tight hug while Rishi just stands there stiffly.
