Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 29th September 2023 episode starts with Lakshmi and Rishi bantering over tying the rope and the net over the window to cover them.

Rishi acts silly by attempting to fall down from the window frame which makes Lakshmi angry and she says that she will not talk to Rishi anymore.

Lakshmi turns around in the opposite direction which makes Rishi panic and he says that he is sorry for acting like that but he cannot bear to see Lakshmi angry at him as he loves her.

Rishi asks Lakshmi to face him and tell him once that she loves him but Lakshmi gets flustered and says that she considers Rishi as a friend.

Rishi is left clueless hearing such a thing from Lakshmi after which Lakshmi runs out of the house to look for things they will need.

Meanwhile, Harleen and Virendra wonder where Neelam has gone with Karishma, joining them to check on Neelam's location.

Virendra says that he is clueless about where Neelam can go and she is not picking up her phone which is adding to his worries.

Karishma says that Neelam could have gone to meet Rishi which lights up Virendra and Harleen's mood as they want Rishi to come back home with Neelam.

Ayush appears there, saying that it would be nice if Neelam had gone to bring back Rishi as Rishi will come back with Lakshmi only.

Karishma says that Neelam will never allow Lakshmi to come into the house after which Virendra says that Rishi will not return without Lakshmi as he is determined to fulfill his love.

Ayush says that it would be a miracle if Neelam gets convinced to bring back Lakshmi along with Rishi to which Harleen says that Neelam should finally realize that Rishi is only happy with Lakshmi.

However, all their hopes get shattered as Neelam enters the house with Malishka and stares at the family members with serious eyes.

Meanwhile, Lakshmi brings water for Rishi in a bottle and says that she asked for it from the neighbour as Rishi drinks water in the middle of the night.

The fan stops working after which Lakshmi says that they should revolve it with a stick which will help the fan to catch speed again with Rishi left confused.

However, Rishi says that he will do the honour of fixing the fan and takes a stick but cannot reach the height by himself.

Rishi hands Lakshmi the stick and picks her up after which Lakshmi hits the fan with the stick but they get lost in each other's eyes after a while with the fan working again.

Lakshmi averts away her eyes from Rishi with Rishi removing Lakshmi's hair from her face and getting closer to her.

Elsewhere, Virendra tells Malishka that they are very sad about what happened but she must have realized that Rishi loves Lakshmi.

Neelam announces that she has brought Malishka to the house to give her the rights of Rishi's wife which shocks everyone.

Harleen says that Rishi does not want to marry Malishka anymore to which Neelam replies that Rishi has said "I love you" to Malishka numerous times before.

Ayush asks Malishka how she is so shameless to come back to which Malishka replies that she is decent compared to Lakshmi and reminds Ayush that Neelam brought her back.

Neelam asks Malishka to call her mom and takes her upstairs after which Harleen says that she is afraid that Neelam's stubbornness will break the family.

At the same time, Lakshmi tells Rishi to think about good things to induce sleep as he is not habituated to such an environment to which Rishi replies that he will think about Lakshmi.
