Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 31st January 2023 episode starts with Balwinder shaking the "Havan Kund" while Virendra calls Balwinder mad.

Thinking the burned wood will destroy Lakshmi’s face so no one will decide to marry her, Balwinder is about to lift the havan kund when Rishi pours water on it.

While everyone looks at Rishi with surprise, he starts beating Balwinder and yells that till he is here, no one can harm Lakshmi.

Virendra and Harleen get happy as Rishi has come to save Lakshmi whereas Neelam announces that she does not know what happens to him when it comes to Lakshmi.

Malishka scolds Rishi for being impulsive and Rishi reveals that Lakshmi is the mastermind of this plan and he has just helped her.

Hearing this, Balwinder walks towards Lakshmi with fury in his eyes but Rishi grabs him from behind and throws him on the floor.

Balwinder’s friends take one step to help, but Virendra scares them by saying that he will call the commissioner and send them to jail.

At the same time, Balwinder’s aunt pumps Balwinder’s spirit up by saying that fate has changed its plan, so Balwinder should put sindur on his real bride’s forehead.

Thinking not even fate will be able to change his decision, Balwinder is about to walk toward Lakshmi when Rishi holds his hand, and the sindoor flies away from Balwinder’s hand.

Everyone watches with wide eyes as the vermillion ultimately falls on Lakshmi’s forehead who touches it with a pensive expression.

Rishi continues using Balwinder as his punching bag and stops only when Kamli begs him, saying that Balwinder is her husband and the father of her unborn child.

Afterward, Balwinder walks away from there, thinking he will soon return for his revenge, and Kamli and Guddu follow him.

Meanwhile, Virendra hugs Lakshmi while thanking her for saving his life as he was scared for her.

When Harleen praises Lakshmi for giving justice to Kamli, Neelam accuses Lakshmi of betraying them and Balwinder.

Lakshmi informs everyone that she has done all this to stop Kamli from suicide.

Meanwhile, Harleen scolds Neelam for always finding negativity in Lakshmi’s actions, making Neelam close her mouth.

Afterward, Rano starts throwing tantrums as no one will marry Lakshmi since the news of her marriage with Balwinder has spread like wildfire.

Neelam also calls Lakshmi a bad omen and Rishi announces that Lakshmi has saved his life several times causing Neelam to shut her mouth, twice in a row.

When Rishi mentions that from now on, he will take care of Lakshmi, Rano screams that because of Lakshmi, no one will marry the other two sisters and she has to bear the cost of their living.

Rishi and Malishka get into an argument as Rishi mentions that he will take responsibility.

When Malishka yells that he and Lakshmi are divorced, Rishi announces that his relationship with Lakshmi is of humanity.

Rishi promises Rano that he will find a suitable groom for Lakshmi and Virendra and Harleen nod in agreement.

Rishi then orders Lakshmi to come with him and not change her decision despite Neelam’s yelling.

Once outside, Lakshmi walks away from Rishi after screaming that she will not come with him.

The next day, Rishi goes to Bawja's house to bring Lakshmi and Shalu, and Bani orders Lakshmi to listen to them from now on.

While Lakshmi is thinking about how she will change Rishi’s mind, Rishi walks in and pleads with Lakshmi to give him one chance to correct his mistake.
