Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 31st October 2023 episode starts with Malishka smirking after choking Lakshmi to death, expecting that she is dead by now and checking if she's breathing or not.

Meanwhile, Malishka realises that Lakshmi is still breathing which leads her to curse Lakshmi as she wonders what she is made up of and decides to kill her by using another method.

Just then, she hears Rishi's voice calling out Lakshmi's name in the store which adds to her fear and Malishka immediately hides behind a carton of boxes.

She wonders about the end result if Rishi spots her in the store room while attempting to kill Lakshmi.

Elsewhere, Ayush, Shalu and Bani are hopelessly walking down the streets to find Lakshmi when Shalu suggests they split up as it will be effective and efficient.

In the hospital, Virendra enters the senior doctor's cabin, asking about Lakshmi's reports when the inspector also appears there along with the hospital manager.

Virendra informs the inspector about the matter leading the latter to interrogate him if he has any rivalries with anyone to which Virendra refuses and states that he's sure it's not about the money.

However, the manager and the inspector agree to give their best in order to find Lakshmi anyhow while Virendra asks the senior doctor to let him know when Lakshmi's reports are ready.

On the other hand, Rishi continues to call out for Lakshmi, asking her if she's there as he can sense it while Malishka wonders if they've installed cameras in each other.

Malishka spots the tube light and decides to turn it in essence when she uses a long carton box to reach the light switch by making a small hole to keep an eye on Rishi.

However, as Malishka moves along with the box, Rishi gets suspicious which leads him to look straight at the carton but fails to recognise Malishka inside it.

Malishka finally switches off the light successfully leading Rishi to wonder about the solution to find Lakshmi in the dark room while Malishka thinks if Rishi has spotted her.

Elsewhere, Ayush drives while worrying about Lakshmi and her health conditions when he sees a huge car and becomes doubtful if Lakshmi is there.

At Oberoi mansion, Neelam enters the house and curses Lakshmi for being a bad omen in their lives as she has ruined Rishi's life when Harleen asks her to calm down.

Neelam and Karishma continue to blame Lakshmi for everything when Harleen asks them to stop talking ill about her as she's the reason that Rishi is alive.

Harleen adds that to keep Rishi happy, they need to accept Lakshmi and let him live with her happily.

In the meantime, Shalu and Bani travel in an auto to find Laskhmi on the street while wondering about the lady who attempted to kill Lakshmi earlier.

Just then, Shalu spots the truck driver sitting in an auto when Bani goes to check if he's the same person or not leading Bani to confirm Shalu about the same.

Shalu asks her auto driver to follow the truck driver's auto while she asks Bani to keep an eye on the culprit as she calls Ayush to inform him about the same.

Elsewhere, Sonal is driving home when she receives a call from the truck driver, asking for money to which she tells him to meet her at a decided place, warning him to never show his face ever again to which he agrees.

Meanwhile, Virendra fails to find Lakshmi in the entire hospital and warns the manager about sealing the hospital if anything happens to Lakshmi.

Ayush appreciates Shalu's tactics and calls Virendra to inform him about the same when he learns that Rishi is not with Virendra.
