Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 4th July 2023 episode starts with Karishma asking Saloni if she is okay and why she did not accompany Anjana home for rest.

Saloni thanks her and says she wants to support the Oberoi's in their hard time.

Meanwhile, Ayush and Shalu bring water for everyone while Virendra asks Bani to deliver tea to Lakshmi.

Later, Malishka prompts everyone to think about whom Rishi might be thinking that raged him so much in oblivion.

Hearing this, Saloni wonders that it is surely Vikrant and doubts whether Rishi saw him driving the truck.

Later, Saloni sees Vikrant and drags him into a corner to talk, scolding him why he turned up even after being sick.

Vikrant bashes her saying she could not even inject Rishi that's why he was forced to come to kill him.

Saloni asks how will he kill Rishi as all the family members even Lakshmi is invigilating him strictly while Vikrant smirks he has spared no one who tried to play with him.

Meanwhile, Bani comes out telling Lakshmi denied tea and water telling that she cannot have anything as Rishi is starving in hunger.

Meanwhile, Saloni notices Aayush running towards them and drags Vikrant to another cabin as they hide and wait for Aayush to go.

Concurrently, Saloni and Vikrant reach the hospital changing room as Vikrant changes into a doctor's scrub while Saloni hugs him tight, saying she cannot afford to lose him.

Vikrant assures her while hiding his head bandage with a surgical cap proclaiming he shall successfully reap Rishi's life.

Meanwhile, Saloni goes to check on the Oberoi family but gets scared seeing the police and thinks that Neelam sent them behind her.

The police stop by and inquire Saloni about another cabin number and leave while Saloni catches her breath.

On the other hand, Vikrant collides with Aayush and leaves hurriedly but Aayush realizes him to be Vikrant and follows him.

Later, Ayush enters a cabin and finds someone with the same physique but it turns out to be another doctor.

Vikrant stands behind the folding screen and laughs at Ayush's foolishness.

Aayush calls Vikrant but Vikrant gets his phone into silent mode while not able to find Vikrant making Aayush leave the cabin frustrated.

Later, Saloni sees Vikrant approaching Rishi's cabin when she pretends to fall and shrieks out Harleen's name for help.

All the Oberoi family members run to help her out while Lakshmi upon hearing Harleen's name gets worried and leaves the cabin with Rishi alone.

Lakshmi runs towards the scene and asks if Harleen is okay while Harleen says that rather Saloni is injured.

Meanwhile, Karishma and Neelam bash Lakshmi for leaving Rishi alone while Vikrant enters Rishi's cabin, amidst the chaos.

Vikrant smirks that God is helping him succeed and pulls over the blanket on Rishi's face when Malishka enters.

Vikrant gets annoyed and thinks that luck is not favoring him and prevents him to check on Rishi and leaves immediately as Lakshmi enters.

Malishka mocks Lakshmi that she can go and enjoy now as her burden is taken up by Malishka now and accuses her to be guarding Rishi under Harleen's pressure and pretending to be great.

Lakshmi apologizes to Malisha but when Malishka crosses her limits, she shuns her for once.
