Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 6th March 2023 episode starts with Malishka suffering from pain as her lips gradually swell up.

They all get shocked as Malishka doesn't understand how the medicine got mixed with the smoothie when she only mixed it with the dessert.

When asked, Suhana spills the truth that it was Malishka herself who mixed medicine with the dessert to get revenge on Lakshmi.

Malishka remembers while hiding the medicine bottle, some amount got spilled over the smoothie too.

Karishma and Neelam get very angry at Malishka as Rishi asks her how dare she want to harm Lakshmi.

Also, it would have been bad if Harleen had the dessert in which the medicine was mixed.

However, when all are busy blaming Malishka, Lakshmi asks Rishi to help Malishka out and take her to the doctor because she is already suffering from swelling lips.

Rishi confesses that he did not kiss Lakshmi for Malishka to take revenge on her as he takes her to the doctor.

Neelam, even after everything, tells that all this has happened because of Lakshmi to which Karishma agrees too.

However it remains a question for both Harleen and Virendra that even when confessing everything, how can Lakshmi be the guilty one in Neelam's eyes.

Meanwhile, at the doctor's chamber, Malishka is very embarrassed.

Sonal comes to visit her and she laughs at the first sight of Malishka's swollen lips.

Rishi brings Malishka the required medicines while Sonal thinks Malishka has finally trapped Rishi because he is helping her.

Meanwhile, at Oberoi Mansion, Neelam clarifies that just because Lakshmi destroyed the engagement party, Malishka is angry with Lakshmi.

Harleen and Virendra side with Lakshmi as they ask them to see the truth that Malishka has indeed committed a crime and could have harmed Harleen.

After a while, Karishma calls Suhana and asks her why she spilled Malishka's truth in front of everyone.

Suhana says she was getting blamed for Malishka's swelling lips for which she had to tell the truth.

Karishma asks her to inform her first so that she can manage and not get Malishka blamed.

Suhana is very confused about whom, to tell the truth to as she gets into her work.

Meanwhile, Lakshmi thinks about how Malishka can do such a thing as she tries to understand her problem.

Virendra enters as he asks Lakshmi to realize what kind of person Malishka is.

Lakshmi confesses that she never wants anyone to suffer because of her and has also decided to leave Oberoi Mansion as soon as possible, which makes Virendra emotional.

Virendra blesses Lakshmi as he prays for her and asks her to look out for her safety.

Meanwhile, Shalu arranges her room as she collects all the scattered books and thinks about taking away all of Rano's money and lying to her about being stolen.

Shalu laughs at the idea as she remembers what her sister Lakshmi might think about it.

At the same time, Sonal still laughs at Malishka's face while Rishi gives her medicine.

Malishka says thanks to Rishi to which he asks her to say that to Lakshmi.

It is because of Lakshmi only that Rishi agreed to take Malishka to the doctor and also saved her from further scolding.

Rishi also clearly says that Malishka can never be like Lakshmi because Lakshmi has humanity unlike her.

Malishka says that she is the only one and doesn't want to be like anyone else.

Rishi finally asks Malishka whether she will continue to question Rishi about his relationship with Lakshmi even after he is marrying Malishka.
