Today's Bhagya Lakshmi 7th April 2023 episode starts with Ayush waking up and realizing he overslept and also doesn't remember what he did after getting drunk.

He feels dizzy and has a headache as he remembers the time when he and Lakshmi drank a glass of cold drink.

Meanwhile, Shalu is very angry about the whole situation as she packs her clothes.

She claims that Malishka was never drunk and acted it all to present Lakshmi as the guilty one whereas she will remain the victim.

Bani tries to calm her down but Shalu shouts taking everyone's name who was present at the party.

She even blames Ayush for everything because he wasn't careful like Shalu and got drunk and did not help her patch up things between Lakshmi and Rishi.

Bani finally makes her drink a glass of water after which she cools down a little bit and feels better.

On the other hand, Neelam gets a call from the matchmaker who informs her that the boy chosen for Lakshmi is going to visit the next day to meet Lakshmi in person.

Neelam gives a positive reply as she prays for Lakshmi to get married away as soon as possible.

Malishka approaches Neelam and she apologizes for getting drunk and making a scene.

However, Neelam says that Lakshmi is the one who made a scene and embarrassed Neelam and Malishka says that she would have slapped her if she was in her senses.

Neelam shares the good news with Malishka about Lakshmi's marriage making both of them happy.

Meanwhile, Rishi visits Lakshmi in her room and thinks to not wake her as she is still sleeping and murmuring in her sleep.

He rethinks what Lakshmi had said that nothing happened between Rishi and Malishka and she faked everything to create a misunderstanding between Rishi and Lakshmi.

Rishi goes to Malishka's room and after a while when she enters with Sonal, he asks Sonal to leave so that he can talk to Malishka privately.

Afterward, he asks if Malishka faked everything but she turns the topic and claims to love Rishi.

When he asks her to swear on him, she says that Lakshmi is saying the truth.

Meanwhile, Ayush visits Lakshmi as she is already conscious and has freshened up. Ahana too visits her and they try to console Lakshmi that she has done nothing wrong while being drunk.

Lakshmi asks to swear on her and then Ahana has to explain everything that happened.

Lakshmi feels guilty while Ayush says that if anyone blames her for anything, he will take her away on her imaginary motorcycle to cheer her up.

After they go, Lakshmi feels it was wrong of her to embarrass them, especially when they let her stay in the Oberoi mansion and also love her so much.

In Malishka's room, she says that Lakshmi had witnessed them together.

She asks Rishi to believe Lakshmi's words when she was in her senses and not what she told him while she was drunk.

Downstairs, Malishka gives a signal to Sonal letting her know that everything is under control.

Neelam and Karishma are angry with Lakshmi but Harleen supports her.

She says what Lakshmi did was when she was not in her senses and they cannot blame her for that.

As Lakshmi finally comes downstairs, Sonia gets very angry to see her as she gets up and attempts to throw water at her, but Rishi saves Lakshmi.
