Today's Bhagya Laxmi 21 January 2022 episode starts with Rano telling Virendra that Lakshmi has put her fingerprint on the divorce papers to show that she is determined to get divorced.

In the flashback, Rano is seen taking Lakshmi's fingerprints on the divorce papers without her knowledge when she is asleep.

At the same time, Rishi comes to the hall and asks to see the papers.

Seeing Lakshmi's thumbprints, Rishi gets furious. Rano hands a pen to sign the papers when Rishi says that he'll sign the papers but only after talking to Lakshmi.

After Rishi leaves from there, Rano talks ill about everyone.

When Rano taunts Virendra for acting like his father, Neelam comes in and scolds her for talking ill about her husband and family.

Neelam confronts that she knows that Rano had tried to make Neha sit in place of Lakshmi to marry Rishi.

After all these insults, Rano challenges to get back at them and leaves from there.

At the office, Rishi comes to meet his friend Vishal Shinde while Lakshmi arrives at the same office for an interview with Vishal Mehra.

As Vishal had a conference, he asks Rishi to wait in his cabin.

Lakshmi is not aware of Vishal's surname and enter's the cabin where Rishi is seated.

Further, when Rishi and Lakshmi see each other, a lady comes in and tells Lakshmi that she is in the wrong cabin.

Rishi tries to talk to Lakshmi but she walks away.

Later, Lakshmi goes for her final interview. Vishal Mehra offers the job of storeroom manager and Lakshmi accepts it.
