Today's Bhagya Laxmi 22nd February 2022 episode starts with Neelam asking inspector Rakesh to do something to save Rishi who is stuck inside as a hostage.

Inspector Rakesh assures that they will rescue everyone safely out of the situation so she should let them do their work.

The reporters crowd around Virendra asking about Rishi while he gets emotional remembering Neelam's words about a danger on Rishi from iron.

Back inside the bank, the robber asks Rishi to decide who he loves more among Malishka and Lakshmi to which Rishi replies with Malishka’s name.

Lakshmi stares into Rishi’s eyes with pain due to which Rishi averts his eyes in guilt.

After talking with Inspector Rakesh, the robbers settle to allow Rishi along with four other hostages to go outside.

He asks Rishi to bring back the keys of the lockers or else he will shoot Lakshmi as they all think she is the one whom he loves the most.

Malishka freaks out hearing that and asks Rishi to show the card he wrote for her on Valentine.

Rishi recalls that he kept the card with him in his shirt but tells Malishka that he doesn’t have the card with him.

As an opportunity appears, Rishi diverts the robber by hitting him, and chaos spreads among the hostages and the robbers.

Rishi and Malishka; and Lakshmi and Shalu run away from there but Rishi and Malishka get caught.

The head robber announces in the mic asking Lakshmi to come back if she doesn’t want Rishi to die.

Hearing this, Lakshmi comes out despite Shalu stopping her and gets caught in the grip of the robbers again.

The robbers take Ayush and Rishi to set a camera on them when Rishi takes out the card from his shirt.

He explains how he felt when he saw Lakshmi crying while reading that card but denies that he loves her.

Later, Rishi proceeds to go out to get the keys as the robbers threaten him by setting the knife on Lakshmi’s throat.
