Today's Dharam Patni 23rd February 2023 episode starts with Malhar's head telling him that he must not shoot Ravi Randhawa since he is the son of a well-reputed man but he pretends there is a signal issue for he plans to kill Ravi.

Ravi uses this opportunity to drive his truck ferociously in the other direction and escapes from Malhar.

Meanwhile, as Gulshan yells at Veer ji for ruining Kavya’s wedding, Kavya comes over enquiring about Ravi.

She continues to pester the family members on the whereabouts of Ravi when she sees his friend, Deepanshu, in his attire, and they reveal that he ran away with Pratiksha.

Devastated, Kavya immediately drives out to go look for Ravi and as she drives, she cries remembering his fake promises to marry her.

Kavya goes to the venue of Pratiksha’s wedding and the security informs her that a guy kidnapped the girl and took her toward the mountains and the police are following their bus.

Meanwhile, Parul and Kinjal are trying to find Pratiksha and as they are in the auto, they discuss the situation.

While Parul is rooting for Ravi and Pratiksha to get married, Kinjal shuts her up and declares Malhar is the guy she deserves, not someone like Ravi.

When Kavya drives in irritation, she turns her car sharply as a truck drives towards her, as her car is parked, she sees a bus drive by that has “Pratiksha weds Malhar” written on it and decides to follow it.

Kavya catches up with Ravi and yells at him to think about her, as the revenge for Kirti’s death is ruining her wedding day.

Ravi tries to explain that the police are after him but Kavya blocks the way stubbornly, adding that she’s not going to move aside until Ravi marries her.

Kavya gets a call from Gulshan and she informs him that she has a hold of Ravi but Ravi gets back to his bus and leaves Kavya on that deserted road.

As Malhar chases Ravi, he’s confident about catching him since there’s a dead end ahead.

When Ravi realizes this, he steps out of the bus with a gun pointed at Pratiksha as a shield for himself.

Malhar pleads with Ravi to leave Pratiksha but he takes her back in the bus which has a kerosene leak and drives it around in circles.

As he gets out of the bus, he lights a match and throws it on the ground, causing a circle of fire to surround him and Pratiksha.

Ravi also lights a bonfire in the middle of the circle as he holds her hand and begins with the seven rounds around the fire, symbolizing a Hindu wedding.

While Malhar cries out for Ravi to stop, Ravi adds that though a marriage bonds people for seven lifetimes, he will be the cause of destruction for Pratiksha in every lifetime.
