Today's Dharam Patni 31st July 2023 episode starts with Pratiksha slapping Kinjal while Kinjal continues to yell at Pratiksha for not care about the evil man who has nothing to do with her life.

Pratiksha is outraged at Kinjal and challenges her authority to say such things about Ravi.

She states how Kinjal can say such a thing about Ravi when Ravi was the one who saved her from the godown and the goons.

However, Kinjal holds her face as Pratiksha continues to taunt her for losing her wits and not knowing what to say to others.

Meanwhile, the procedure continues as the doctor cleans Ravi's wound while tightly holding Pratiksha's mangal sutra.

Pratiksha reveals her feelings for Ravi and how she cannot live without him.

Pratiksha asks Kinjal whether she understands what she is saying, to which Kinjal grins and adds that she wanted to say the exact same words to her.

Mandeep, on the other hand, continues to insult Pratiksha in front of Kavya pointing out how she wanted to while Kavya joins in and names Pratiksha the unluckiest person in the world.

Amardeep cautions Mandeep to keep quiet and focus on Ravi because his status is crucial while Mandeep adds that whatever condition Ravi is in today is solely due to Pratiksha.

Amardeep is frustrated, but Mandeep supports Kavya and continues to harass Pratiksha.

Meanwhile, Pratiksha queries Kinjal about what she is saying to which Kinjal responds by looking at Pratiksha and confronting her about her own sentiments, which she has been ignoring for so long.

This perplexes Pratiksha but Kinjal expresses her willingness to give up her own life for Ravi and expresses her love for her.

Kinjal, on the other hand, chastises Pratiksha for being so selfish as to continue to ignore Ravi's feelings for her causing Pratiksha to cry.

Pratiksha sees her error, but Kinjal continues to tease her, telling her the harsh truth about waiting till the last moment and begging for Ravi's life but not expressing the same thoughts while Ravi was there for her.

However, Pratiksha, noticing this rushes towards the hospital to meet Ravi with all her emotions rushing in front of her eyes.

Pratiksha shouts out taking Ravi's name as she stands in front of the door, seeing Ravi still being treated by the physicians.

Meanwhile, Kavya encounters Viper and his goon on the other side of the hospital, causing her to erupt in rage.

Kavya confronts Viper about his attempt to shoot Ravi while Viper storms at her and informs her that the love of her life, whom she continually refers to, is in love with Pratiksha.

Viper explains how Ravi jumped and saved Pratiksha's life while ignoring his own.

Kavya becomes emotional and yells at Viper accusing him of shooting Ravi when Mandeep intervenes.

Meanwhile, the doctor emerges from the OT room where Pratiksha, overcome with emotion, begs him to let her meet Ravi.

The doctor, however, obviously denies it because Ravi is in profound shock right now, while also informing Pratiksha that Ravi has just 6 hours left and that if he does not respond within these 6 hours he will die.
