Today's Dharam Patni 4th April 2023 episode starts with Ravi becoming anxious as he recalls Pratiksha and how Mandeep advised him to forget about her.

He also reconsiders all of the harsh comments and questions directed at Pratiksha by the journalists, and he labels the journalists as heartless.

Ravi decides to act quickly and contacts the editor, who refuses to delete the news and claims that it is a terrific reportage that will bring him a lot of TRP.

Ravi yells at the editor, telling him that he has been insulting Pratiksha for the sake of a few TRPs, to which the editor responds that Ravi is the one who has insulted Pratiksha the most.

The editor then asks Ravi if he have developed feelings for her, to which Ravi responds angrily, "Shut up!"

Kinjal, on the other hand, is concerned about Pratiksha and begins mocking Hansa for not caring for her and throwing her out.

Hansa then asks Kinjal to consider Pratik and assures her that she will make sure Pratiksha returns home soon.

She asks Kinjal to go find Pratiksha in the temple, but she says it's too late, which Pratik overhears and asks who is late.

Meanwhile, Ashok (the man Manvi sent) requests a paan from the paanwala, and inquires about Pratiksha's residence, to which the shopkeeper responds that Pratiksha has left early in the morning.

Ashok quickly calls Manvi and informs her of Pratiksha's disappearance, to which Manvi instructs him to find Pratiksha in any way necessary, including rolling a truck over her.

Simultaneously, Pratik inquires about her and Kinjal's conversation, while Hansa changes the subject and requests that Pratik rest.

She then returns to the kitchen and warns Kinjal to be wary of Pratik's inquiry.

To calm Kinjal's rage, she asks Kinjal to rest, and as she walks away, Hansa calls her a slacker.

Pratik asks Kinjal to sit with him on her way to the room, and she begins crying, while Pratik hugs her and questions about what happened.

Aditya arrives at the Randhawa mansion and asks him why, seeing Ravi's upset expression.

Ravi explains how the journalists insulted Pratiksha and he threatened the editor, which Harneet overhears.

She then enters and begins taunting Ravi about Pratiksha while Gurmeet enters and begins arguing with Harneet.

Meanwhile, Pratiksha walks through the lanes, remembering her mother's last words, she decides to go to Ravi's house and reclaim her right as Ravi's wife, and she gets in a car.

On the other hand, Kavya is overjoyed because her dream of marrying Ravi has come true.

Pratiksha begins overthinking in the car about how everyone in the Randhawa family will mock her upon her arrival.

At Parekh House, Pratik slaps Hansa after learning the truth about Pratiksha being kicked out of the house by her.

He starts yelling at Hansa, which causes his heart to pound again, but he orders Hansa not to touch him.

He calls Hansa a liar and tells her that Kinjal, Pratiksha, and Parul are his daughters, and orders Hansa to leave the house.

On the other hand, Ashok follows Pratiksha in her car and decides to abduct her.

On the other hand, Kavya and Amaira are drinking and talking about Kavya's first wedding night.
