Today's Ek Bhram Sarvagun Sampanna 10 May episode starts with Jhanvi saving herself from a fatal car accident. Suman gets her panic attack when she sees the medicines in Kavya’s hands.

Kavya asks Suman to vent out her anger on her but she will go only when she will take the medicines. Suman says she only takes a single tablet.

Kavya says that the doctor has prescribed two tablets for her. Jhanvi reaches home back. She recalls the threat call in her mind.

The press conference starts at the Mittal house. Jhanvi rubbishes the vidhwa puja allegations on Prem Mittal.

Suddenly, Suman comes there in her angry appearance. She starts throwing things around. She gets angry on the reporters.

Kabir and Dhruv fail to control Suman’s panic attack. Jhanvi injects Suman and calms down her. Prem uses the opportunity to gain sympathy.

Jhanvi announces a hefty charity on Prem’s behalf. Prem fails to stop Jhanvi as he didn’t approve of what all she said.

Prem questions Jhanvi for distributing his 200 acres land as a charity. The Commissioner supports Jhanvi’s decision.

Prem later accepts Jhanvi’s decision and applauses her. Prem questions who gave medicines to Suman. Kavya says she gave the medicines.
