Today's Faltu 28th January 2023 episode starts with Pratap telling Jamuna everything that had happened in the chawl because of a misunderstanding relating to sindoor.

Faltu asks Pratap to return Madhuri’s sindoor to her and she thinks that God has saved her once again from getting the truth of being married exposed.

After a while, the pooja begins at Faltu’s house where she prays that after getting her eyesight back, she wants to see Ayaan’s face first.

Meanwhile, Tanisha and Sid take the money to pay for Faltu’s treatment and leave for the hospital.

Back at the hospital, Ayaan is shocked to find out that the name of Faltu’s donor is not in the hospital records.

Ayaan asks the man helping him to find another way in which he could find the name of Faltu’s donor.

After some time, Sid and Tanisha reach the hospital and find Ayaan sitting in the records room.

Tanisha gets furious and thinks to herself that Ayaan lied to her about going to the office and is still stuck on Faltu’s issue.

As Tanisha and Sid reach the doctor's cabin, they hear the man helping Ayaan asking for Faltu’s donor name as he has to update the records.

Tanisha calls the doctor and asks him to tell the man that the name of Faltu’s donor is Anusha Raichand who lives outside of India.

Back at the chawl, Jamuna is packing everything in a bag for Faltu’s operation.

Charan asks Jamuna to stay back at home while he and Pratap go to be with Faltu at the hospital as now it is time to live with broad shoulders.

Charan, Faltu, and Pratap leave for the hospital while Faltu feels a little scared.

The Diya burning in Faltu’s house blows out which makes Jamuna very worried as it is considered as a bad omen.

However, Charan lights it again and says that nothing bad will come their way.

The next day, Ayaan hurriedly leaves the house telling Tanisha that he is going to the office but Tanisha thinks that she knows he is going to visit Faltu at the hospital.

Tanisha asks Sid to keep an eye on Ayaan and Faltu at the hospital.

Back at the hospital, Faltu’s eyes fill up with tears and she asks Charan if everything will be alright by the end of the operation.

Charan tells Faltu to have faith as nothing will go wrong.

Meanwhile, the nurse tells Charan that now Faltu is going to the operation theater after which Faltu will remain under observation for a day in the ICU where no one can meet her.

Later, Charan and Pratap spot Ayaan which makes Charan furious as Ayaan keeps coming back into their lives again and again even though Faltu has asked him not to.

Charan tells Ayaan rudely to leave Faltu alone as Faltu does not want him here.

Ayaan says that he just visited to check on Faltu.

Charan replies that Ayaan promised to keep Faltu safe but instead Ayaan’s family threw Faltu out of the house in the middle of the night.

Ayaan says that he left his wedding to save Faltu and yet Charan is blaming him.

However, Charan replies while shouting that he wants Ayaan to leave immediately and be happy in his married life.
