Today's Faltu 3rd April 2023 episode starts with Janardhan telling Govardhan about the thought of terminating Ayaan from the family business.  

Govardhan tries to convince him by telling him how Ayaan manages all the critical departments efficiently and is best for managing their business. 

Janardhan denies this statement, telling him that they should be thankful that they are still working in the office after what Ayaan has done with Kanika and Tanu.

Meanwhile, Kanika and Ayaan come to the office, when Govardhan approaches Ayaan, informing him that Janardhan and Kanika have decided to cast him out of the business.

Govardhan tries to lighten the impact of this sudden decision by telling him that this will be temporary and that they will soon bring him back.

Janardhan, who is extremely incensed with Ayaan, tells Ayaan that he has no rights in this family business and reasons that to be the cause of his termination. 

Ayaan gets saddened but quietly tells him that he has no grumble against him as Janardhan is the one who has brought him to this office and that if he is terminating him out of it, he has no problem with that.

On the other hand, Kanika calls Tanu, informing her that she has evacuated  Ayaan as per their plans. 

Tanu tells her that in this way she is going to snatch everything from Ayaan and at last he will be left alone.

Meanwhile, Sid tells Sumitra that Tanu is making a fool of everyone to grab attention and sympathy.

Sumitra warns him that if he marries Tanu it will affect them and Tanu will rule the house.

On the other hand, Aisha is urging Faltu to take her along with them to the shopping.

Faltu advises her that she should take rest as she is pregnant but Aisha insists on her and finally, Faltu gets convinced to take her along.

Meanwhile, Ayaan is walking on the road, looking distressed about whatever happened in the office, and thinks about how Janardhan used to love him and appreciates him as the Best.

Faltu, Aisha, and Tanu go out to the parlour and busy themselves in shopping.

Meanwhile, Aisha is busy on her phone unaware that a car is coming towards her when Faltu notices this and runs to save her.

Aisha's womb gets hurt in this process and they quickly rush to the hospital to admit her.

On the other hand, Sumitra is arranging some documents to get them laminated and also asks Savita to give Ayaan's horoscope to her.

However, Savita tells her that there is no need for it. 

Meanwhile, Savita gets a call from Tanu and learns that Aisha met with an accident while crossing the road.

Savita gets anxious and tensed and calls Kinshuk to get her to the hospital.

Ayaan comes to the place and gets alarmed upon hearing Savita scream, asking her what happened.

She tells him anxiously that Aisha has met with an accident and that they must go to the hospital.

They rush out for the hospital while Mayawati informs them that she will also join them in a while.
