Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 10th February 2023 episode starts with Sai calling Vinayak to come to his mother while Vinayak looks both at Patralekha and Sai and then walks towards Sai. 

Patralekha feels defeated at Vinayak’s choice until Vinayak pushes Sai away, shocking Virat and Sai. 

Vinayak tells Sai that she is not her mother but Patralekha is. 

He tells her that Patralekha had told him that evil will come and try to take him from her mother. 

Virat tries to stop Vinayak but he rejects Sai saying he will never want to see her nor does he want to call her doctor aunty anymore. 

Later, he tells Patralekha to take her away. 

Virat tries to comfort Sai but she refuses him. 

Virat comes after Vinayak and tries to calm him saying Sai is his doctor aunty whom he likes so much.

However, Patralekha stops Virat from favouring Sai and tells him to think of Vinayak if not her. 

In the meantime, Savi comes to Vinayak asking why is he crying but Patralekha blocks her, saying Vinayak cannot talk to her now. 

Later, Virat tells Savi to go to the terrace and look after her mother as she is crying and need her support. 

Savi goes to Sai and tries to comfort her saying that Vinayak often gets angry but afterward he gets calm and apologizes for his mistake and makes up. 

Later, Vinayak comes home crying brutally saying that only Patralekha is his mother and he will never leave her alone. 

Vinayak tells everyone that Sai is claiming to be his mother and wants to take away from her. 

Bhavani gets angry at Sai and tells Vinayak that she will not let him go anywhere and he will forever stay with them. 

Later, Bhavani accuses Sai of being stupid and selfish for not thinking about Vinayak. 

She feels happy that Vinayak has refused to acknowledge her.

However, Vinayak tells her to stop accusing Sai who is suffering from great pain because her son has rejected her and has called her bad. 

He tells them that Sai is alone and has no one to comfort her and instead of sympathizing with her, Bhavani is celebrating. 

Meanwhile, Sai is crying relentlessly, thinking about Vinayak’s hurtful words. 

Just then, she sees Vinayak standing in front of her and tells her that he will always be with her. 

Vinayak apologizes to her saying that she cares for him so much and that from now on he will call her "Aayi" (mother).

Sai becomes happy and tells him that she is very happy now that he has come to her.

Later, Savi comes to Sai asking to give her food but Sai tells her that her Veenu Dada has come to them. 

Savi tells Sai that there is no one here but Sai refuses to believe her and calls a teddy bear her Vinayak.

Meanwhile, Vinayak has a nightmare and shouts in his sleep. 

Patralekha calms him, telling him that he is safe. 

Later, Patralekha tells Virat that Sai has scared her child to an extent that he is having nightmares. 

However, Virat tells him that it was not Sai but Patralekha who has done this to Vinayak.
