Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 10th March 2023 episode starts with Sonali telling Bhavani that Sai is preparing food in the kitchen like a newlywed bride. 

Meanwhile, Patralekha tries to wipe Sai’s footprints from the floor but they are strongly imprinted. 

Just then, Karishma tells Patralekha that there is no use in this futile work as Sai has already infiltrated her life. 

Meanwhile, Vinayak is in the outhouse with Savi and praises the changes in it. 

Savi tells him that she, Sai, and Virat have worked to transform it.

She also asks him why he never came to the outhouse before. 

Vinayak tells her that he is afraid of her mother and that she will take him away from Patralekha. 

Savi looks surprised and tells him that Sai is such a gentle and loving soul who cried a lot when he became angry with her. 

Just then, the speaker stops playing and Vinayak opens it to check it but does not realize what he is seeing is the bomb. 

Meanwhile, Kamble tells his goon that soon, they will get good news. 

On the other hand, Virat is getting too close to Sai while she is preparing Karanji but Sai pushes him back telling him to not distract her. 

In the meantime, Virat tells her that he will tell her how to make a Karanji and opens the Karela (bitter gourd) recipe instead of Karanji. 

Reading that to erase the bitterness of the bitter gourd they should be immersed in salt water, Virat tells Sai that he should put her in the saltwater too so that all her bitterness gets wiped. 

Sai finds the concept hilarious and laughs out loud while Virat admires her beautiful laugh.

Sai feels awkward and tells Virat that he is telling her a bitter gourd recipe instead of Karanji. 

After a while, Patralekha comes to Sai screaming at her for daring to come to her kitchen and cooking for her husband. 

Virat jumps to Sai’s defense and asks Patralekha why is she screaming at his wife as he also turns to Sai, telling her to fight for him and telling this strange lady that he belongs to her. 

Sai tells Patralekha to be patient with Virat as he is intoxicated. 

However, Patralekha taunts Sai, telling her that she is taking advantage of the situation and must be feeling proud for being treated as his wife by Virat. 

Sai gets angry and tells her clearly that she has no interest in her or her husband.

She also tells her that to let her make Karanji at the moment and go. 

Hearing Virat tells Sai to make her go, Patralekha feels hurt and goes away.   

Meanwhile, Savi and Vinayak are worried about the speaker being too hot and cools it with the help of a towel. 

Just then, Karishma comes to call them for a kid's dance. 

Meanwhile, Sai gets burnt while cooking food and Virat immediately comes to comfort her. 

Sai is mesmerized by the concern in Virat’s eyes while Virat tells her that he only wants to see her smiling and happy but unknowingly becomes the reason for her pain.

Afterward, Virat falls down from exhaustion and Sai helps him get to his bedroom.

Bhavani tells Ashwini to see how happy Virat has been since morning. 

However, Ashwini tells her that while she is focusing on Virat’s happiness, she is seeing Patralekha’s pain and tears. 

Bhavani ignores Ashwini’s emotional outburst and tells her that once Sai and Virat reconcile, then they will also appease Vinayak and all four of them will live a happy life and will also bring this house happy.

Bhavani tells her that she should be focussing on four people’s happiness instead of one. 

She compares Patralekha to a walking stick that a person uses when he feels pain in her leg but once the pain has healed, the stick has to go.
