Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 10th November 2023 episode starts with Savi thinking about why Harini asked her to thank Ishaan, questioning her friends who organised the party.

However, Savi's friend does not answer her question but instead asks her to eat during which Shantanu comes in, asking Savi about Ishaan's whereabouts, making Savi state that she doesn't know.

Shantanu suggests Savi call Ishaan, making Savi call him up, who on the other hand, doesn't pick up the call from the car, as he's angry with her.

Savi informs Shantanu of Ishaan not picking up the call, making Shantanu state that he might be busy and further urges everyone to eat.

Turning to Shukla, Shantanu asks him to eat too and later, clean the auditorium after everybody leaves, making Shukla agree.

At Ashutosh Mansion, Nishikant tells Yashwant and Surekha about Ishaan preparing a grand party for Savi's birthday.

He adds that Isha too came to the party, thus triggering Yahswant and both he and Surekha decide to question Ishaan once he returns home.

Later, Savi overhears Shukla murmuring about Ishaan preparing the birthday, yet he wasn't here till the last. 

Savi tries to call Ishaan but he doesn't pick up her call during which she overhears Durva and Ayush talking about Ishaan preparing a surprise birthday party for her. 

Durva tells Ayush that Ishaan did the surprise party as charity for Savi and says if Ishaan cared for Savi, he would have stayed till last, making Ayush agree while Savi gets hurt by Durva's words.

In the meantime, Shantanu and Isha talk about Ishaan leaving the party in the middle when Isha tells Shantanu that Ishaan might be jealous of Bajirao.

Isha reminds Shantanu how angry Ishaan was when Savi was thanking Bajirao for that gift.

Meanwhile, Yashwant calls Shantanu, questioning him about Savi's birthday party, making Shantanu ask Yashwant what's wrong with it as Savi is the college topper and cultural secretary.

Surekha takes the phone from Yashwant, asking Shantanu if it is true that Ishaan planned Savi's surprise birthday party, making Shantanu confirm it.

Yashwant asks Shantanu why should he have to invite Isha to their college when Shantanu tells Ishaan invited Isha to the college and not him, making Surekha and Yashwant get more upset.

Meanwhile, Savi calls up Harini and makes her tell the truth about who invited her to the party by swearing at her leading Harini to state that it was Ishaan.

Surekha freaks out thinking Ishaan invited Isha to their college while Yashwant tries to calm her down but she argues with him, stating that Ishaan has fallen for Savi, adding that Isha is trying to come back into Ishaan's life using Savi.

Outside, Ishaan complains about Bajirao to Prateek, adding that Savi is getting fooled by him when Prateek empathises with Ishaan.

Prateek asks Ishaan why is he concerned about Bajirao when Ishaan states that he is concerned about Savi's future.

Ishaan adds that if Savi continues to behave carelessly, then she will never crack UPSC.

Elsewhere, Savi calls Isha, asking her who invited her to the party and Isha states that it was Ishaan.

Savi learns that it was Ishaan who called Isha, thus understanding that he organized the party, she fumes with anger. 

Isha asks Savi to relax as Ishaan organized such a lovely surprise party for her but Savi tells Isha that Ishaan organized the party as a charity.
