Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 11th April 2023 episode starts with Sai travelling to her hospital lost in thoughts when she gets a message from Virat waiting for her answer. 

On the other hand, Dr Satya is interviewing prospective girls to present to his mother and feels annoyed by their answers. 

He prays to God to send someone with some sensibility for whom he will do everything except love. 

Meanwhile, Sai comes to the hospital and is surprised to see so many girls sitting outside Satya‘s cabin while nurse Sheetal tells her that Satya ka Swayamwar is happening here. 

Sai comes to Satya’s room asking him about the foolhardiness at the hospital. 

However, Satya tells her that his family has given him a twenty-four-hour ultimatum to present wife-worthy girl or they will leave him forever. 

Sai gets sad hearing about the twenty-four-hour ultimatum and thinks about Virat’s proposal. 

Meanwhile, Satya tells her that he is only looking for a daughter-in-law for his mother and not a wife for himself. 

Later, Sai is in her cabin contemplating her choices when Usha comes to visit her. 

On being asked what she wants to talk, Sai tells Usha to tell Savi that she is missing her a lot and she should come back to her. 

Usha looks surprised and asks her if Vinayak has agreed to come with her. 

Meanwhile, Sai gets sad and tells her that Vinayak has not agreed but she has realised in these past days that for him, Patralekha and Virat are his only family while she is her guardian angel which is an improvement from the witch. 

Usha asks her then why she wants to come back and if anyone has said anything to her while Sai tells her that no one has any problem with her living there which surprises Usha. 

At the same time, Sai tells Usha that Virat has proposed marriage to her while she asked her what has she said. 

Meanwhile, Sai sets an appointment with Virat to give her an answer. 

After a while, Virat presents Sai with rings while Sai tells him that this is the best gift of her life. 

Virat looks overjoyed to hear Sai’s yes and tells her poetically that he feels like the wealthiest man in this world and expresses his regret for wasting years without her. 

He also tells her that from now on he will not let a single moment waste and that he feels like a teenager today who is expressing his love for the first time. 

Sai smiles indulgently and encourages him to say whatever he feels. 

Virat tells her that he feels that he has come under a deep shade after running barefoot in the scorching sun.

He also tells her that he has given up hope of experiencing love again but she has brought it back to him. 

Later, Sai and Virat exchange ring with each other while some band members begin to play the drums bringing Virat back from his reverie. 

Virat has made extensive preparations expecting a yes from Sai and has also arranged for drummers to play the drums when he puts a ring on Sai’s finger. 

He once again explained the music they will have to play and dismissed them that Sai will be there in five minutes.

Just then Sai comes there with an expressionless face while Virat admires her ethereal beauty as she walks towards him. 

Sai sits at the chair offered by Virat and tells him that she has forgiven him for every past injustice that he did to her. 

Virat stands up from his place looking overwhelmed and hugs Sai tightly for forgiving him.
