Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 11th February 2023 episode starts with Patralekha complaining to Virat about Sai causing Vinayak trauma. 

However, Virat tells her that it was not Sai’s doing but she is responsible for Vinayak’s condition.

He tells her it is the insensitive way she has told Vinayak the truth and cried in front of him that has made him traumatic.

He also tells her that Sai would never have done that to Vinayak as she was trying to tell Vinayak in a non-threatening way that a child of Vinayak’s age should be told.

Patralekha gets angry and tells him that his love for Sai has blinded him and he cannot see what Sai was doing. 

She tells him to go to Sai and make a family with her and leave her and her son alone as she will live with Vinayak. 

She also warns him to not say anything in Sai’s favour to her. 

Virat thinks about Sai being in pain and tells himself that someone should be with Sai at this time.

Meanwhile, Sai is seeing Vinayak everywhere and shows her his room. 

At the same time, Savi is hungry and comes to the kitchen and sees Dal and Rice in the kitchen and decides to cook it for herself.

In the meantime, she switches on the gas and goes in search of a lighter. 

After a while, Savi finds the lighter and is about to light it with so much gas already in the air when Virat comes there and stops Savi.

Hearing that Sai is unwell and treating Savi’s teddy as Vinayak, Virat gets worried. 

Virat warns Savi to never go near the cookstove ever and call him instead and he will send the food for her. 

He cooks food for Savi and put her to bed. 

Savi tells her to stay with them and not go while Virat tells him that he will have to go as Vinayak is not well. 

Later, he comes to Sai and realizing the pain she is in, tells her that he so wishes that they can celebrate the news of Vinayak’s return to them instead of being traumatized by the whole situation. 

After a while, Usha asks him that for how long will he be able to avert a crisis like today. 

The next day, Sai prepares Savi and Vinayak's tiffin to take them to school. 

Savi asks Usha why Sai is calling her teddy Vinayak and why can't she see Vinayak. 

Usha tells Savi to imagine that Sai is telling her Vinayak’s story and asks Savi not to ask any questions to Sai about Vinayak. 

Elsewhere, Virat comes to Vinayak to take him to school but Vinayak refuses to go saying he is afraid of Sai. 

Virat tries to convince Vinayak that Sai is not a bad aunty and reminds him of the things Sai has done for him. 

However, Patralekha comes there asking him to stop favoring Sai. 

Vinayak also gets anxious and tells Virat to not say anything about Sai to him as he gets afraid that she will take him away from Patralekha. 

Ashwini also tells Virat to leave Vinayak alone for some time.

Later, Virat wishes to turn everything between Sai and Vinayak alright.
