Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 11th November 2023 episode starts with Savi complaining to Isha about Ishaan stating that despite calling Harini and Ashwini, he neither met them nor had a word with them.

Isha tries to calm Savi down but Savi disconnects the call after apologising to Isha, who then turns to Shantanu and confirms that Savi is sad.

Outside, Ishaan picks up Shantanu's call who asks him why he wasn't answering the call when Ishaan states that he was busy.

He tells Shantanu that he'll come and talk to him when Shantanu states that he's not at home and will talk the next morning.

Shantanu urges Isha to sleep as Ishaan is back home, making Isha go inside to sleep.

Meanwhile, Ishaan enters his premises to be scolded by Surekha who accuses him of calling Isha to the party and holding Savi's party.

Ishaan apologises, stating that he shouldn't have done this but Surekha asks Ishaan not to talk to her since he's a liar.

He requests Surekha not to do so but Surekha goes away, while Ishaan gets frustrated for celebrating Savi's birthday.

The next morning, Savi comes to the canteen and asks the manager who paid her canteen bills, making the manager state that it was Ishaan.

Savi asks the manager to give the money to her and the manager does the same leaving Savi to walk away.

At the Mansion, the family gets ready to go with Durva to Samarth's house when Ishaan comes in, stating that he'll go too.

Surekha still angry with Ishaan urges him to whack his mind elsewhere, after which Durva asks Shikha if she's not going.

However, Surekha states that Shikha will not go as she has to make preparations for 'Kojagari Purnima'.

This leaves Shikha teary-eyed, after which the family leave and Ashmita leaves too after comforting Shikha.

Meanwhile, Mandar's wife worries about the Bhosale family finding out the truth when Samarth asks his mother to calm down.

Later, the Bhosale leaves for Samarth's house while on the other hand, Savi waits for Ishaan outside his office when she gets to know about his absenteeism from Shukla.

Shukla tells Savi about Ishaan's whereabouts when she goes to meet Ishaan.

Meanwhile, the Bhosale family comes to Ashutosh's mansion and talks about when to fix Samarth and Durva's engagement.

Nishikanth decides to do the marriage next Diwali, but Samarth and Mandar prepone the marriage.

Mandar convinces the Bhosale family about doing the engagement day after tomorrow and fixing the marriage next month, making the family agree to it.

After a while, Ishaan's family take their leave from Samarth's family outside, Savi comes to Ashutosh's mansion to meet Ishaan but the security guard doesn't allow her.

Just then, Ishaan comes out of the Ashutosh mansion and sees Savi, following which he goes to her and asks about her presence. 

Instantly, Savi gives the money to Ishaan, stating that she doesn't need his pity, making Ishaan sarcastically praise Savi's character for misunderstanding others.

This leads to Savi reminding Ishaan how he left the party, despite organizing all of it, adding that if he was truly considerate, he would've met Ashwini and Harini. 

Savi tells Ishaan that he has insulted her and her family members by not meeting them while Ishaan comments on Savi and asks her if she's dating Bajirao.
