Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 12th February 2023 episode starts with Usha calling Virat to tell him that Sai is mentally ill and in that condition she has taken Savi to school. 

She tells her that anything can happen to Sai in this mental state, especially with Savi with her. 

Later, Sai welcomes Savi in her arms and asks her where Vinayak is. 

Savi tells her that Vinayak has not come to school but changes her statement, recalling Usha’s advice to not challenge Sai. 

Meanwhile, Vinayak tells Sai that he is at home but Sai refuses to believe him and goes to talk to the guard about Vinayak. 

Usha looks worried for Sai and tells Virat to do something. 

Virat tells Usha to take Savi home as he will bring Sai with him. 

Later, Virat calls Sai to the side and tries to remind her about happenings at the terrace the other day when Vinayak rejected her.

Sai refuse to believe Virat and tells him that he is lying & just then, sees Vinayak coming outside and goes toward him.

Virat looks at Sai with sympathy as she is talking about Vinayak’s illusion. 

Meanwhile, Patralekha and Vinayak plant a plant in the garden and Patralekha tells him to look after it every day so it can grow into a big tree just like she takes care of him. 

However, Virat comes there and tells him that from now on, Sai will take care of him.

Vinayak does not want to go when Sai comes there looking like a fairy and tells Virat to say nothing to Vinayak. 

Sai tells Vinayak to come with her and soon her fairy look changes into a witch, and she grabs Vinayak and takes him with her while Patralekha keeps shouting for him. 

Vinayak wakes up with a startle and shouts for Patralekha. 

Meanwhile, Vinayak’s illusion challenges Sai to race and Sai begins to run after him on a busy road. 

Soon Sai realizes that Vinayak will get hurt and runs madly toward him while Virat runs toward Sai and saves her from coming under a truck. 

Elsewhere, Vinayak has fallen ill and Patralekha accuses Sai of putting Vinayak in trauma.

Bhavani warns Patralekha to be quiet in front of the doctor. 

However, the doctor tells Bhavani that Vinayak needs counseling as he is suffering from trauma, and counseling will help him fight his fears. 

Later, Bhavani chides Patralekha for airing the dirty laundry in front of others while Patralekha tells her that they will have to talk to get the solution.

She tells her that if she would have taken Vinayak to Mumbai, then this problem would not have arisen. 

However, Bhavani tells her that she will have to talk to Virat to find a solution to this problem. 

Meanwhile, Sai tries to go back on the road shouting at Virat that Vinayak will get hurt and she will have to save him. 

Seeing Sai going out of control, Virat slaps Sai which brings her back to her senses and she begins to cry like a child.

She tells Virat to tell Vinayak that she is her mother, not a witch. 

Sai asks Virat why everyone she loves goes away from her whether her father, him, or now Vinayak.

She tells him that she does not want to live alone while Virat hugs her. 

He tells her that she has never been alone, and he has always loved her, when she was gone, then also he loved her.

Now that she is back, Virat says that he still loves her and thinks of having her back in his life. 

However, Sai is unconscious and cannot hear Virat's confession of love. 

Virat feels sorry seeing Sai unconscious and picks her up in his arms and walks slowly toward his car.
