Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 12th June 2023 episode starts with Virat surprising Savi with kites who come running toward Virat.

He feels relaxed to find Savi sitting outside of the house and does not get to leave as Savi uses her charms on him so Virat starts teaching how to fly kites.

As Savi starts yelling excitedly, Sai hears her from inside so she comes outside to check why Savi is happy suddenly.

She gets surprised to find Virat flying kites with Savi and when Virat turns around, his eyes meet Sai’s, and their eyes locks with each other for a bit.

Virat feels hesitant as Sai joins them but Sai seems excited to fly the kites, and the three start flying them like a family.

However, the happy atmosphere does not last long as Virat and Sai find Satya standing behind them with a gloomy look on his face.

Savi happily informs Satya that Virat taught her how to fly kites while Virat explains that he just came to give Savi kites.

Satya looks at Virat with cynical eyes when Virat walks away from the courtyard and Satya mumbles that he is useless now.

Meanwhile, Sai goes to pick up the kite strings which have fallen over a manhole and does not notice the cover is very loose.

As soon as she steps on top of the manhole, the cover gets removed on its own resulting in Sai falling inside it.

She lets out a scream in panic which attracts Satya and Savi who then quickly rush to the manhole to help her.

Savi requests Satya to rescue Sai but as Satya goes to spread his hand to help Sai, he is unable to reach her.

Sai also tries to reach Satya’s hand but she cannot grab it as Satya’s hands are not long enough.

Satya stretches himself from the wheelchair without realizing that he can fall at any moment.

However, before Satya falls from the wheelchair Virat appears there out of nowhere who prevents Satya from falling.

He then helps Sai to come out of the manhole by giving her a hand and Sai thanks Virat for helping after she comes out of the manhole.

Savi thanks Virat for saving Sai and even Satya thanks Virat, saying he as Sai’s husband is useless so he is grateful to Virat.

The flashback then shows Virat starting his car engine when he heard Savi’s voice so he came running to check on her.

Later, Sai calls Ashwini to ask her if Ninad is okay or not after learning that Ashwini has switched doctors for Ninad.

Ashwini reveals to Sai that she never wanted to complicate Sai's situation.

Sai cuts the call thinking that Virat must have asked Ashwini not to complicate her situation after seeing Satya's sudden change of behavior.

Meanwhile, Satya is feeling useless for not being able to help Sai and he throws the glass away in anger as Savi thanking Virat echo in his mind.

At the same time, Sai arrives in his room and Satya urges her to return to Virat's life if she does not love him since he does not want to keep Sai away from happiness.

Even though Sai replies that she is going to keep her relationship with Satya, she does not say she loves Satya which leads Satya to believe that Sai is with him due to his situation right now.

When Sai enters the kitchen, her alter ego confronts her asking why she is not going back to Virat and Sai makes it clear that she cannot leave Satya alone.

She then calls her co-worker from whom she takes a number of specialists Dr. Smith who lives in Germany.
