Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 12th November 2023 episode starts with Ishaan asking Savi if she's dating Bajirao when Savi scolds him for staying in a misunderstanding. 

In the meantime, Samarth notices Durva's purse and smirks, thinking that Durva left it on purpose after which he proceeds to give it to her.

Samarth reaches outside when he notices Ishaan pointing fingers at someone, but doesn't see Savi.

Meanwhile, Ishaan asks Savi to get lost, making her go after which Samarth comes and gives Durva's purse to Ishaan.

On the other hand, Shantanu proceeds to step out of the house slowly when Isha gets out of her meditation and asks Shantanu if he's going to meet Ishaan.

Shantanu says yes, making Isha ask Shantanu to be gentle while dealing with Ishaan.

In the cafe, Shantanu asks Ishaan the reason behind him leaving the party even after organizing it when he notices money in Ishaan's palm.

Shantanu asks Ishaan about the money, making Ishaan state that Savi gave it to him and even asked him not to meddle in her affairs.

Ishaan gets frustrated over Savi for not accepting his helpful gesture when Shantanu and Ishaan notice two girls at another table discussing how to pay the bill, as there's no network for a money transfer.

Shantanu walks up to them and offers help, making the girls awkwardly decline him after which he comes back to Ishaan who asks him about his actions.

He gives this incident as an example to Ishaan stating that Savi might not have needed his help yet he went forward which has hurt her self-esteem. 

Shantanu states that Savi is a simple girl who gives importance to gestures more than grand parties, adding that if Ishaan had met Ashwini and Harini, she would have loved it.

He adds that since Ishaan didn't meet Harini and Ashwini, Savi got hurt, making Ishaan ask Shantanu why Savi's friend invited Bajirao, making Shantanu state that he called Bajirao.

Ishaan is shocked when Shantanu asks Ishaan what is his problem if Savi and Bajirao are dating, making Ishaan state that he needs to go for Durva's engagement shopping, making Shantanu surprised as Nishikant didn't inform him.

Shantanu states that he's happy for Durva, making Ishaan empathise with him when Shantanu walks away from the cafe.

At the hostel, Savi gets frustrated over Ishaan but upon seeing the gifts, she decides to open them, thus leading her to open the gifts, when she opens Ishaan's gift and sees that he's given her an Economics book, and a card stashed beneath.

Savi reads the card which encourages her to go forward with her aim, making Savi state that Ishaan is a complicated person.

The next morning, Surekha orders Ashmita and Shikha to make puran poli and gulab jamun after which she asks Ashmita to switch off her English speaking skills.

Ashmita agrees when Ishaan comes and sees the wedding board, making him remember Reeva which is noticed by Surekha who insists Yashwant go to Ishaan.

Yashwant goes to Ishaan and asks him if he's fine, making Ishaan agree who then asks Durva to get ready for shopping.

Surekha asks Yashwant to call the singer, making Ishaan state that he'll call Santosh when Surekha scolds the family for not performing their duties well.

Ishaan tries to convince Surekha but fails when he calls up Santosh to perform in their household who tells him that he can't come as his mother is sick.

Santosh suggests Ishaan call Harini, making Ishaan decide to ask the family about it as everybody hates Savi. 

Later, Yashwant disagrees with Ishaan's choice when Surekha enters and agrees with Ishaan who goes forward to call Harini.

Yashwant asks Surekha after her decision, making Surekha state that they'll deal with Harini tactfully.
