Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 13th February 2023 episode starts with Virat bringing Sai home and looking after her while she remains unconscious and traumatised.

Meanwhile, Bavani calls Virat but his phone remains ringing. 

Virat feels Sai’s pain and asks her how to get Veenu and her smile back as he is clueless at this point. 

Just then, a knock at the door attracts Virat’s attention and he opens the door while Savi and Usha stand at the door. 

Virat hugs her at the door and signals Usha to have patience. 

In the meantime, Sonali tells Bhavani that some people from the church are coming to get her letter of recommendation for school supplies.

Bhavani tells her that it is good to work and that doing this may help Vinayak get better and ward off the evil from his life. 

Sonali suggests sending Vinayak to Mumbai with Virat and Patralekha. 

However, Bhavani tells Sonali that Sai is so stubborn and adamant that she will go there as well and get Vinayak, no matter where Vinayak goes. 

Meanwhile, Savi asks Virat why Sai is so upset and if Vinayak not coming here is the cause of it. 

Virat thinks that their life is so complicated that he has no words to explain it to her. 

Savi asks him to ask Vinayak to come here as it is his house too and Sai is like a mother to Vinayak and she is his sister. 

She also suggests coming home to Vinayak and then they all can live together. 

Savi brings the nameplate with each one of their names and tells Virat to put it on the door so that Vinayak can feel this as his home too. 

After Virat puts the nameplate on the door, Savi clicks its picture and sends it to Vinayak, saying it is his home too. 

Later, Patralekha calls Virat which Savi picks up and tells her that Virat is at home as Sai is not well. 

Meanwhile, Bhavani prays for guidance so that their problems vanish from their life. 

Sonali suggests going to the temple to pray for Vinayak. 

In the meantime, Patralekha comes there and tells Bhavani and Sonali that Virat is at Sai’s house. 

She tries to implicate Virat saying that all he cares for is Sai and Savi while his own son burns with fever. 

Just then, nuns from the church come to Chavan's house whom Sonali has been waiting for.

In the meantime, Savi comes to Sai who is sitting blankly.

Savi comes to her and asks Sai not to be sad and hands her the teddy that she has been calling Vinayak. 

Sai looks shocked to hear this while Savi tells her how Sai was so distraught that she forgot to give her food. 

Sai feels terrible hearing that Savi went hungry and had no one to look after her. 

She apologizes to Savi for not taking care of her properly and tells her that she will never ignore her again. 

On hearing that, Sai goes to the kitchen to cook food and gets scared thinking, anything could have happened to her. 

Savi tells her that Virat came there in time and took care of her as well as Sai.
