Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 13th October 2023 episode starts with Ishaan entering Savi's would-be hostel room, when he stumbles and falls on his face in the bed, adding to Shukla's worry.

However, Ishaan gets up and laughs, leading Shukla to wonder if Ishaan has gotten sick since he has never been so cheerful.

Ishaan tells Shukla that they've to clean up Savi's room, further adding to dust off the tables and even changing the curtains.

Shukla asks Ishaan if something else is needed, making Ishaan remember Savi's devotion to Bappa.

Ishaan asks Shukla to install a wooden panel for Bappa, and then turning to the walls suggests a poster with Keep studying and don't fight with your professor to be put up.

Shukla assumes Ishaan is drunk, while Ishaan asks Shukla how much time he requires to neaten out Savi's room.

However, Shukla is lost thinking about Ishaan, making Ishaan shake him and ask him how much time he requires.

Shukla tells Ishaan that he needs an hour, leading Ishaan to walk out to bring Savi, while at Shantanu's, Shantanu applauds Isha's progressing health, and Isha says that now she can go to Ramtek.

This saddens Shantanu and after a while, he asks about Savi, leading Savi to come out with juice, and gradually giving a glass to Shantanu and Isha.

Savi enquires about Isha's reports, leading Isha to state that she will go back to Ramtek and Savi states that she will go back with her too, amidst all this, the door knocks and Savi goes to open it.

Savi sees Ishaan and is about to react, but Ishaan stops her and cheeringly enters inside.

Shantanu asks Ishaan what is he doing here, leading Ishaan to state that he's here to take Savi to the college, adding that he'll drop her back.

He asks Ishaan if something is wrong, but Ishaan tells Shantanu that Savi will let him know, while Savi goes inside to take her bag.

Ishaan signals Shantanu to check his phone, after which Savi comes forward and Ishaan walks out with her.

Isha asks Shantanu to check his phone and soon, both of them get happy as Savi has been allotted a room.

In the college, Savi meets two of her friends and asks her what's up with Ishaan, but they tell Savi that they don't know.

Just then, Shukla comes out and Ishaan asks Savi and others to follow him and leads them inside the room.

Savi gets confused while Ishaan tells Savi that this is her room and Savi happily thanks Ishaan, after which she proceeds to thank Shukla but she slips.

Ishaan catches Savi, leading them to look at each other, while one of her friends adds that everything is like a film.

Savi and Ishaan then loosen their hold, leading Ishaan to ask Shukla to remove the carpet and Shukla removes it.

On the other hand, Isha and Shantanu discuss Ishaan being childlike after many years, when Shantanu tells Isha about Ishaan's loneliness.

Hearing this, Isha suggests to Shantanu that it's time Ishaan gets a genuine partner.

Outside, Ishaan asks Savi to wear the seatbelt, leading him to drive the car, while on the other hand, Shantanu suggests Savi is the right person for Ishaan, exciting Isha.

Shantanu signals Isha that Savi and Ishaan have come back, and all of them celebrate Savi getting a room.

Isha decides to rejoin college but then observes Ishaan getting sad, who then leaves the premises.

Afterwards, Yashwant and the family confront Ishaan for allotting Savi a room, asking if he has gotten so superior. 

Ishaan states that he'll resign, shocking Yashwant and Ishaan gets inside, followed by Surekha who asks him to apologise to Yashwant.
