Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 14th May 2023 episode starts with Sai serving food to all the guests and insisting on everyone to eat while Satya looks lost in his thoughts. 

After a while, Satya tells Sai to sit as well and serves her food and calls Savi and feeds her with her hands. 

Meanwhile, Sheetal and Rani praise Satya for being an exemplary husband while Amba feels Sad that Sai is not equally good to Satya. 

Elsewhere, Virat is alone in the hall mourning losing Sai once again. 

With a bottle of alcohol, Virat tries to bury the memories of Satya and Sai’s togetherness and resents Sai for winning Vinayak as well. 

Meanwhile, Sai is feeling happy at Vinayak calling her Aayi for the first time. 

The next morning, Vinayak calls Sai and wishes her good morning. 

Hearing Vinayak call her Aayi fills Sai with love and she asks him to repeat it again. 

After a while, Virat comes to collect Vinayak and freezes seeing Satya pushing Sai’s hair back. 

Sai feels awkward and tells Vinayak to disconnect the call and that she will meet him later. 

Later, Amba tells Satya and Sai to come early as they have to go shopping for Vat Savitri veneration so that Sai can fast for Satya the next day. 

Meanwhile, Bhavani is worrying about the Vatt Savitri fast for Virat. 

However, Virat tells her that he has no desire to love as both Sai and Patralekha has left him and Sai has adopted Vinayak as well so there is no point in his living anymore. 

Virat’s words cut Bhavani’s heart and she tells him to not talk inauspiciously.

At the hospital, Satya tells Sai that there is no need to fast for him but she can only pretend in front of Amba. 

However, Sai refuses to lie and tells Satya that she will fast for him as this is their culture and she is his wife too. 

Satya feels happy to hear this and misunderstands Sai’s concern about fasting for him. 

Just then Commissioner Sir is brought to the hospital in an injured condition with his daughter, Sia, holding his wound with her hands. 

Both Satya and Sai send him to the operation theatre and ask the Commissioners' wife what has happened to him. 

However, the wife is too distraught to answer Sai.  

Sai and Satya are in the operation theatre and tell Sia to not remove the hand unless they tell her. 

On the other hand, Virat arrives at the hospital and jolts Commissioner's wife out of her shocked state. 

He is shocked to hear that Commissioner was attacked by a rocket missile which is still inside Commissioner’s body and has not been blasted yet. 

Virat runs to the operating theatre and tells Sia to not remove her hand. 

Satya and Sai tell Virat to go and let them do their work while Virat tells him that he is also doing his work. 

He asks Sai, Satya and Dr Survasey to come out and explains the situation to them. 

He also tells them that they will have to clear the hospital without causing any chaos.

He then tells Satya to get the commissioner’s x-ray and instructs her to make sure that Sia does not remove her hand even for a second.
