Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 14th September 2023 episode starts with Ishaan glaring at Isha and the cake as she walks towards him.

Surekha tries to intervene but Yashwant tells him to stop. 

Just then Ishaan throws the cake from Isha’s hand and tells her that this is a private party and she is not invited. 

On hearing that she only wishes to meet him, Ishaan tells her that meeting her is a painful experience for him and she keeps forcing herself on him as if she enjoys seeing him in pain. 

Isha's throat gets clogged with tears at Ishaan's rudeness while he tells her that she left him years ago and that was the day she died for him and now he has no mother. 

Ishaan tells her to leave before they are forced to throw her out. 

Shantanu tells Ishaan to be calm as she has just wanted to wish him a birthday.

However, Ishaan reminds her that he was just a child when she chose her career over him and he used to sit on the door waiting for her in hopes that she would come to him but she never came. 

Shantanu tells him to try and understand Isha’s reasons for leaving him behind while Ishaan asks him if he ever tried to understand the pain and loneliness he suffered in his childhood when he used to miss his mother. 

He tells him that only Surekha was the one who took care of him while Isha was busy making her career. 

Isha tries to tell him that she loves him a lot but Ishaan tells him that he does not need this kind of love. 

Just then Savi comes there and seeing Ishaan's rude behaviour tells him about the various letters Isha has been writing to him at every birthday which shows her love for him.

However, Ishaan tears the letters she has written and burns them in front of her eyes.

Isha cries her heart out at Ishaan’s cruelty while Ishaan tells him that he does not want her letters or her now because he has no mother and only Surekha is his mother. 

Telling her to leave, he also tells her that she is forbidden to see his face if he dies.

He tells her to go and make her career and not worry about them as they have moved on in his life.

One by one everyone leaves the room and Shantanu escorts Isha to her room.

Later, Savi apologises to her for taking her to the party and making her go through this painful experience.

She also tells her that she will bring Ishaan to her and he will have to apologise to her for his rude behaviour.

Meanwhile, Shantanu tells Savi that Isha is not in the right frame of mind and is not hearing them.

He tells her that it will be wise to leave her alone for some time and asks Savi what is Isha doing in Pune and what has happened to her.

Savi tells Shantanu everything that has happened to Isha after coming to Pune as Bhosale Institute inspection officer and apologises to him for not informing her earlier. 

Shantanu gets angry on hearing about Ishaan’s behaviour with Isha at a time like this and tells Savi that he has to take care of some matters and will be back soon.
