Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 15th November 2023 episode starts with Surekha telling Harini that Ishaan told her about what happened with her and therefore, they called her here to help her a little. 

Harini recalls all the bad memories of her past and fidget nervously while everyone starts whispering to themselves why is she not singing.

Savi goes up to her and says that Harini will sing for herself today and not anyone else.

Harini is motivated and gives an amazing performance while everyone applauds.

Yashwant finds out that Shantanu won't be able to make it to the party as Isha is very sick.

He gets infuriated by this as Shantanu still does not have his priorities right.

After a while, Surekha goes to Ishaan and tells him to attend to the girl’s family who has come to see him.

Savi teases him, making Ishaan say that he is just doing this to keep his family happy but has no intention of actually getting married.

Savi says that the girl is saved from him as his anger radar is always high to which he replies that she is forgetting that he is her teacher.

Surekha introduces Revti to Ishaan when he asks her about her qualifications.

Revti’s mother comes and says that she has graduated and will now just get married to a rich house.

Meanwhile, Revti holds Ishaan’s hand, saying that she does not know how handsome professors can be.

Savi asks the people who have kept the fast to break it as the moon is visible. 

A waiter comes and bumps into Revti who starts yelling at him when Savi comes to the rescue and hands her a paper towel.

Elsewhere, Reeva thinks to herself while watching the snow that she longs to be with Ishaan right now to break her fast properly.

Back at the party, Revti pushes Savi but Ishaan holds her and they both see their reflection in the water with the moon on top.

Meanwhile, Isha asks Shantanu to go to the function but he denies it and gets worried about seeing her high BP.

Isha says that she is okay but for now, he should go to which he replies that he considers her his family and is going to bring her medicines.

Back at the function, everyone praises Harini for her beautiful voice while Savi comes and hugs her.

Surekha tells Savi that Revti is also from a very rich family and her lehanga costs alone 5 lakhs which might be the annual income of Savi.

Further, Surekha says that she can't let Ishaan marry anyone from the road to which Savi replies that this is a marriage and not a deal.

Harini goes to Surekha, asking her if she likes the programme to which she replies that every year they call Santosh who is a world-class musician but just on Ishaan’s insistence she has to call an incompetent like her.

She asks Harini not to keep her hopes up for next year as they have a status to maintain.

Harini is in tears as Nishi and Surekha keep insulting her and she says that she understands what they are saying.

Ishaan tells Savi that he will recommend Harini to everyone and has now fulfilled all his promises to her.
