Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 15th October 2023 episode starts with Isha asking Savi if anything has been left behind, leading a tearful Shantanu to tell her that even if it's left behind, she won't stay back. 

Shantanu asks Isha if he can come to Ramtek when he misses her, making Isha ask if he ever missed her in the last 22 years.

Isha extends her hand for a shake, but Shantanu pulls her in, while amidst this, the driver asks Savi to tell Isha that they are late.

Savi informs this to Isha and soon, Isha leaves the premises while on the other hand, Surekha asks Ishaan what happened.

Ishaan tearfully says that Isha left for Ramtek, making Surekha say that despite her telling Shantanu to stay away from Isha, he always stays close to her.

Ishaan asks Surekha why did Isha not take her along with her and Surekha lies stating that Isha's ambitions were more important, even though it was she who didn't allow Isha to take Ishaan along with her.

Surekha tells Ishaan that he's naive like Shantanu, which is why he should stay away from Savi, but Ishaan says that he doesn't have any bond with Savi.

Meanwhile, Savi and Shukla enter the room, after which both of them put things in their correct places.

After things are set, Savi asks Shukla if everything is fine, leading Shukla to agree when Savi mentions that a place for Bappa is needed.

Shukla shows the wooden panel and Savi puts Bappa there, further adding that Ishaan excitedly had asked him to put this.

Shukla leaves while Savi thinks to herself that she has to apologize and thank Ishaan for everything.

Savi reaches for her phone, but upon finding out that it has a low charge searches for her charger, when she realises it's at Shantanu's home.

She decides to message him, but by mistake calls up Ishaan, who from the other side wonders if Savi is in trouble.

Ishaan calls Savi and asks what's the matter, leading Savi to tell him that she was trying to message him but called him up mistakenly.

He asks her what she was messaging leading Savi to state that she wanted to apologize to him. 

Ishaan tells Savi to not call up for personal matters when Savi tries to lock the door while talking but it doesn't close.

This makes Savi exclaim in surprise leading Ishaan to suggest Savi to ask her roommates, but when she knocks on their door, nobody answers.

Ishaan asks Savi to call Shukla, but Savi tells him that Shukla is out, leading Ishaan to use oil and Savi tries it too, but it doesn't work, during which the phone hangs up.

Meanwhile, Ishaan decides to go to the hostel by himself and on his way, calls up Shukla to attend to him.

In the hostel, Savi puts her belongings at the door, so that it doesn't open and after a while, dozes off to sleep.

In the meantime, Shantanu out of habit makes two cups of Isha's favourite ginger tea and calls her, but throws it in the basin, since Isha isn't there.

Shantanu calls up Isha and asks her if the cab is fine while she agrees to it after which she asks Shantanu if he's packed his bags to go to the Bhosale House, leading Shantanu that he will not go back.

Isha tells Shantanu to go to Bhosale House for Ishaan since she thinks that she can't separate him from Ishaan and Shantanu agrees, after which they cut the call.

At night, Ishaan knocks on the door, making Savi open it after which she tells him that the door isn't closing, thus enabling Ishaan to ask Savi for oil.
